Forte: How do I put the index links in the main nav bar?

I'm using Forte, and for the index, it automatically creates a dropdown of all the galleries as links. Rather have a dropdown for the links, I just want those links to be my nav buttons. This way, you could either click on a page in the slideshow, or you can just click one of the links in the nav bar, and they will take you to the same place.

What's the best way to do this? (I.e., is it something that is built in, or will I need to add custom code)
