Changing the color of the background on a single page.

I'm trying to change the color of the background on this page - craftingyourpath.com/links

I tried a bunch of potential solutions and haven't come across anything that works. I'm ready to pull my hair out. Can anyone help, please?

I should mention that I have some CSS which are targeting the buttons on that page. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
