CrossFit_Ickenham Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 We have three submission forms on our site to gather info. They were all set up using an POP3 email in the storage tab. Yesterday we introduced an IMAP email into one of the forms and now none of the forms are working. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
nawilkes Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 I have been messaging with Squarespace support on this issue. Apparently, the IP addresses Squarespace uses have been flagged by SpamCop (Squarespace confirmed this). I am no longer receiving emails from at least four of my Squarespace websites. I whitelisted the IP addresses Squarespace recommended, but it has not solved the issue. Fortunately, I am logging emails to a Google Doc as a backup, and that log is still receiving/recording submissions. Seems like a MAJOR PROBLEM on Squarespace's end, which has been going on for at least a week.
Mel2019 Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 Thanks for asking and replying. I have had the same issue - no web enquiry forms coming through for over a week now. No reply from Squarespace other than an automated email saying they're inundated with enquiries. My web forms were meant to direct to a POP2 account; I have now backed up the submissions to google drive.
