Move top navigation to under logo

Hi. I'm using the Brine eCommerce theme. I'd like to move the top navigation links to directly under the logo. How can I do this?

Hi! Thank you for answering my question and quickly!

I have one more thing I would like to do:How do I add content (a container of copy for a tagline) between the logo and the navigation below it? So from top to bottom I would like: logo, under that the tagline copy, and under that the navigation. Is this possible?

@harlowbogie This is very difficult. Because (balmy, lip balm, purse, simple) and (what's up,..) are in two different blocks, it is difficult to use custom code. (of course it can, If it is necessary for you, I can check the code, but if it is not really necessary .... I think I will ignore it.)
