How can I add my custom buttons and image titles to my Gallery Block design to match rest of site?

Im attempting to add gallery blocks to pages to give me the option to have an image gallery display as a carousel rather than the single image advance on the rest of my site?(web developer did cc and has since disappeared)

I am hoping to get all the info on the bottom of the images to show as well as my advance buttons and have the space from the header line up the same.
