Change colour on hover of Primary Navigation ONLY

Hi, basically I just want to change the colour of the navigation links on just my primary navigation and not all the other links in my site. Help! Thanks.

So basically I just want the Home and About (or anything I put on the Primary Navigation) to turn red when I hover on top of it. BUT, I don't want it to affect my Secondary Navigation (so far I only have Let's Talk).
