geingermiester Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 I'm going to have many blog entries, and galleries. For organization purposes, I'd like to keep them separate. However, I want to display the "latest" few additions to the home page in a kind of "news feed" style using a summary block. I'd like to have the blog posts sprinkled in with the gallery images in this feed. Is there any way to add multiple sources to the summary block? I saw a similar question from 2016, but it was closed with no resolution. I hope that it has been addressed by now?
SacredLab Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 If you still need help, as i was just wondering myself, have you tried the featured gallery block? You have specifically check the blog posts to be featured which is in the SEO/details panel where you add a post image. I dunno if this has changed since 7.1 If i get around to it today i will update this answer.
IXStudio Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 Hi, You can't get multiply source of collections for one summary! But there is an ugly trick! Use multi-summary near of together and force them to read featured or latest post. It doesn't solve completely your needs. Also you can use custom JS code for it. Let me know how it goes!
