Removing custom link in Shopping Cart page

Somehow I got a custom link onto my Shopping Cart page. I can't figure out how to remove it. It's not showing up on any other page. Here is a screenshot. How do I remove this?

You'll want to remove all your code (you have code in your header) BEFORE Customer Care take a look. They won't investigate issues with your site if custom code is installed.
