My website description on Google page is wrong, need kind soul to help me correction

Hi as you can see in attachment, after 5 months of using SquareSpace, why Google show my website description in such format? How do i change that to proper wordings about my company in SS? I email SS support but their answer is not helpful at all. Please help me.
