Adding a "homepage" to a folder

Currently when users on my website (heatculinary.com) open folders they have to select a page to go to otherwise the folder does not open. I was wondering if someone knew how to make a "homepage" for the folder. So when users click on my folders there is a page that shows up regardless right away, then they can select the page within the folder they want to go to. Thank you in advance for your help and time!
