svenolaf
I've created a contributor and sent an invitation but the client hasn't received or can't find it so I'm trying to work out how to resend. I've since made this contributor the 'Owner' and when I go back to Permissions it says that this contributor Last Logged In - Just now which is not the case, maybe I should've waited till the invitation had been accepted. How can I send another invitation or troubleshoot this situation? Link to comment

svenolaf
Thanks @tuanphan I've tried that, 24hrs ago, still waiting. Unfortunately I'm in Australia and the Chat option is unavailable or I'd use that :( Link to comment
paul2009
If the invited contributor hasn't received the invitation email you can send it manually from your own email. To do this, click Settings, and then click Permissions. Click their contributor profile under Invites Sent and copy the Invitation Link into a new email and then send it to them. svenolaf
Thanks for taking the time to help Paul, the thing is that it's indicating that this contributor is already logged in which they are not so there is no option to view an invitation link or anything else for that matter, clicking on the contributor does nothing. This contributor is marked as Owner. Link to comment

paul2009
The owner is a special type of account and cannot be 'invited'. As the owner they must have already logged on to Squarespace at some point. If they have forgotten their logon details they should go to the website, click Esc and then choose 'forgotten password. A link will be emailed to them to allow them to set their password.
