Guest Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 Hello, I was just wondering how can I add notes on the orders customers have placed. So basically what I want to do is when the customer goes into their account and goes in the order I want them to be able to track the progress. As my company provides services so I want to be able to update them so they can keep track. But I don't want to email them. I want them to go on the website, click their order they placed and see comments that I have made to track their progress. Just wondering if theres any way I can do that Link to comment
