Target a specific image title to give it a semi transparent background?

Hello

I'm trying to target one image title to give it a semi-transparent background so that it's more readable. Annoyingly, image titles have yui temporary ids but not permanent block yui ids.The class is just 'image-title' but obviously if I do that it targets all image titles on the pageThere's no custom css box per image and no custom id field so I'm at a loss what to do.
