Horizon template adding more than one album to player

I have the Horizon template in use for a band site and am trying to figure out how to add a single with its own separate artwork to the music page without creating a new music page. I'd like to be able to use the player to play this track as well as the first album I added last year, and when the new album drops be able to have both albums, with their respective artwork and credits, be available on the same page. Is that doable? I can't find any actual answered questions regarding this.
