How do I move site navigation links from bottom to top of the page

Hi. I'm using Indigo template to build my website.

I'd like to move the page navigation links from the bottom of the homepage to below my homepage logo and name.

How do I do this?

But basically, I wish to move the site navigation links to below, Bronze Sculpture Cornwall.
