Contact form - can it send to different email addresses based on the users response

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone

I am trying to explore how I can have a contact form that will send to a different email address depending on the customers input data.

Basically they need to select their closest store from a dropdown list, and I then need it to send to that store's email address.

I am moving from one-off custom built site to a new Squarespace site to make it easier to manage and update in-house, we have this function on the site I am trying to move away from so would ideally like to have this on the new squarespace site. I guess there's ways of setting up rules etc in our Office 365 and have it all come to one address and then foward onto the right store but this seems a bit cumbersome.

Thanks

Mike

I suggest you ask the "Which store?" question first on the contact page. Then depending on the answer, send them to one of many forms that are the same, but that have different email addresses programmed into them. You can either place all the forms on the same page and show/hide with some code, or you can create a form page and then make many copies of it.
