Ads show up after I removed them

A couple of months ago, used code injection to put google adsense ads on my website. I also used page header injection to put ads on each of my individual pages. Recently, I decided that I only want ads on the footer of my website and not on the header. I removed the code from each individual page and went to settings>advanced>code injection and removed the code from the header but kept it in the footer. It's been a few weeks and ads still show up on my header even though I removed the codes from the header. Any advice, I don't have much coding knowledge so I would appreciate the help.
