Highlight/Select Text and Share Feature?

I would love to incorporate the "highlight and share" feature to my blog, just like Medium uses and also like this WordPress plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/highlight-and-share/

Basically, highlighting or selecting text brings up a menu to share it on social media or e-mail.

I'm currently using the Haute template.
