I'm wanting to make a very simple site to use in a theater piece for the audience on their phones and I'm wondering if I can make it on squarespace (I have my art website with you) or if I need to get a coder to make it. Hoping you can tell me! There are 3 pages: page 1A space where people will enter their initials, say 'SM', like my initials, and press enter. Which takes people to ... page 2An interactive page, with two buttons. One 'yes', one 'no', that people press when they hear these words and the buttons react and ideally the page could be turned horizontally and adjust, something like (the yes and no and heading would shift) page 3Unlinked to first 2 pages, A backpage, a data page, that shows me a list: the initials of all the people and how many times each of them pressed 'yes' or 'no'. This page is only for me to see. Thanks!!
paul2009 Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Interesting project! It can be built on Squarespace but you'll need the solution to be custom coded. A developer will have more questions for you to understand what happens on page 2. There's also a lot more to the coding (that you probably won't want to worry about!) like a page to reset the names and the counters, some authentication to stop someone resetting it (or hacking it) for you, and so on.
