Importing inventory with image location?

Recommended Posts

I have about 10,000 inventory items and I want to be able to import the into squarespace and associate an image location in the file so that I don't have to manually go in and assign each image to each inventory item. Any idea if there is a 3rd party or code out there to be able to do this?

You can import products from any platform into your Squarespace store using a CSV file. As long as you have included the URLs of the images you want to import, they will also be imported. Are you saying you have tried this and it failed?

It’s difficult to troubleshoot this much further without access to the site. I suggest reaching out Squarespace Support for an online chat.

Hello,

I uploaded a csv  with 14 new products and while they did import, the product images I had for all my other listings are not showing?  The image field in my CSV was blank- did it overwrite all my other listings??  Any way they can roll back my listings?  This is a huge problem since I had 200+ listings now without images.

Any help is appreciated.

Were you able to fix this??  I lost all my images after csv upload. I suspect the image URLs were overwritten by CSV image url column that was blank.  Big problem given I have 200+ products now without images.
