Let people share their stories?

I am working on a site for people to prioritize healthcare fixes. One key element is asking people to give us real life stories about their biggest frustrations, so it can be communicated to the healthcare industry in a prioritized way. There is a great site about prior authorizations that is EXACTLY what i would like to do. (see it here at this location https://fixpriorauth.org/)

Any thoughts on how something like this can be accomplished using Squarespace? It has to be moderated posts, because we will need to take out identifying information.
