Duplicate urls

Secondary and Footer navigation on my website generate urls with / at end, but only on the actual page. the slugs and any internal links to these page are without /.

As screenshot shows I have many duplicate pages. I can redirect the / ending but this doesn't resolve the problem. Slugs don't appear with / ending neither do internal links. Is there a way to change the url structure of the navigation to resolve?

eg. www.brs.co.nz/labour-hire and www.brs.co.nz/labour-hire/
