I am trying to connect the promotional pop-up storage to Zapier (which connects to our CRM). Is there custom code that can accomplish this? The current options for the pop-up are Google Drive and MailChimp.

Hi there - Is it possible to email members who have enrolled in a course using a third-party email service provider like HubSpot or MailChimp? I tried looking to create a trigger with Zapier, but I'm only seeing contacts who have submitted a form; not enrolled in a course? Or, are we only able to email them through SquareSpace? -
Hello. I don't know if anyone has the same issue but.. when I try to link to zapier, it asks to allow the API then the credentials and it let's you choose between squarespace and acuity login, regardless of what you choose, it just loops back to the phase where it asks for the logins again. It was working fine from a few weeks back. how do we fix this?

Hello, We have a form in the footer of a site, with over 700 pages, however we are wanting to have a hidden field that auto populates with the URL of the current page, so we can monitor which pages get the most requests. However, we cant seem to find a way to do this. After this, we are hoping to connect the form with Zapier to Salesforce, pulling this hidden URL field through. Any help on how we could do this would be greatly appreciated! -
I am working on setting up a Zap and I have a ton of forms on my site that I cannot find. I have deleted and re-added the Zapier to Square Space connection successfully, but a ton of forms are still showing up as options in Zapier, but I can't find them on the site. I hope I selected the right category. I would like to take any new registrants/subscribers and have them automatically entered into my CRM. Unfortunately, when I go to create a Zap in Zapier, the only option for Squarespace is a "new form submission", not a sign up in the members area. This doesn't appear to be what I want because when I test the zap, it doesn't pull my customer's info that just came in this morning; the information shown in the Zap from the test looks like dummy info. Is there any option to create a zap to copy my customers info into my CRM for automation? Thanks!

When I went to take action on the email re migrating code yesterday, I realised that my code will not work in the new order status section. I did an excellent course with Kerstin Martin in 2018 re creating a Zap to connect SS and Mailchimp. The code from that course will not work in the new area so my automations are now broken. 1) Does anyone know how long we have before the change is implemented? I was about to promote a course starting March 9th. If we have longer I can start my campaign. 2) Is anyone else in the same situation - needing new code? I really do not want a membership. 3) Is there anyone here who can help with the code for the new area? -
I understand that I am able to add Google integration and Zapier tasks to forms that I create on my content pages. However, I have created custom forms on my products that I sell through the store. I do not see the familiar "Storage" tab on the custom form page to connect the submission of the form to an external integration. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this in Squarespace? I want to use the successful purchase of a product as a trigger to execute a Zapier task.

Hi - I am having trouble getting new leads to pull from my business account forms, specifically moving leads from "Squarespace" to "Lofty" (formerly Chime CRM). On Zapier, I have reset the tokens and re-synced with the Squarespace app for both apps. I am able to get information out of Squarespace and inserted into a Gmail message. I am also able to sync leads from Facebook into Lofty (Chime). So both apps are working, just not together. I can't figure out how to fix this.

I am trying to extract leads from a landingpage form using zapier. I have connected the API key and everything and the Zap is setup. My problem arraises when I need to test my zap, because I only get the basic dummy data from Squarespace. Which is not formatted right. In order for my zap to work I need the data to be specific, as this is really important for the further actions in my zap. Is there any way that I can send my own data through the form to zapier? -

Which is a problem since I need to have data specific data sent through. As it is now I can't test my zap steps because the dummy data is wrong. Is there a way to work around this, is there a way I can send some dummy data. Because if I do not know the data output I can't get my zap to work. Help would be greatly appriciated.

what im planning to do is simply have the data( wishes) that is sent by the user in the square space form where it is stored in googles sheets. do i use or an API ( get ) to show up here in the text ? or is this something i need to use embed code?

I understand that Squarespace offers email campaigns but I use ActiveCampaign because it has capabilities that Squarespace doesn't and I want to communicate with customers there. However, I haven't been able to find any way to do it. This is the response I got from Squarespace live chat support: I'm baffled by this because it seems to me to be such a basic, and I would imagine common, need. Is there another way to make this happen via integration, code, etc. Thanks for any input! -
I am setting up a website for a community initiative called Electrify Boroondara which will be similar in it's aims to Electrify 2515. We will need to link Squarespace with Action Network for events, donations and to collect people's information. Does anyone have experience/recommendations of how best to link Squarespace to Action Network? E.g has anyone used Zapier for this? Interested to hear how people have used Squarespace and Actionnetwork and how this works in practice.

NeonCRM Database Manager integration with Zapier on Squarespace

Has anybody used Zapier to integrate a Database Manager on a Squarespace 7.1 website? I am creating a website for a nonprofit that uses NeonCRM as their database manager software and they need to continue to use this on all their registration forms, newsletter sing-up, etc. I'm guessing Zapier should work fine with NeonCRM, but don't want to start working on this big project without knowing if this integration can be done. Anybody has any experience doing something like this? Tips, tutorials, etc. -
Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing great! I need to create a "task" in Onfleet, which is an app for deliveries. We run a delivery business and use Onfleet to manage our deliveries. This task should be created when a customer's payment through Stripe is completed. I have a few ideas in mind, like using JavaScript in the footer to fetch the API of the success payment page. Do any of you have experience with this or calling the API when the payment is completed? Thank you all! -
Hello, I have a new Squarespace site and am trying to connect my Form block to our email program so that I can trigger an automated sequence. Seems like a fairly standard operation, but I am getting stuck. I had it working with Mailchimp, but I'm having issues with Mailchimp and need to find a new email platform. I'm currently testing ConvertKit, which I like overall, but my Zapier is no longer working. I have it set to trigger "adding a tag" in ConvertKit. That tag is set to trigger an automation. The emails I am testing have gone into the form and I get an email notice, but they are not triggering the tag in ConvertKit like they are supposed to. One was already a subscriber, the other was not, but I'm thinking it should work in both cases. It worked in neither case. I have not yet paid for ConvertKit and if there is another affordable program (other than Mailchimp) that is easy to connect through Zapier, I'm willing to try it. The ConvertKit tech support team is also trying to help but so far, no luck. Any recommendations?

Have been struggling to get our site forms to integrate properly. Have a newsletter signup form on our main page and have mailchimp selected as a storage option and have worked to integrate Notion with Zapier. From my current perspective, I have setup both of these connections right, but no entries are being pushed to either of these platforms. Any help would be appreciated -
I'm trying to connect a zap for email marketing with a new form and been advised I can do this by creating a "Thank you for your purchase" page. I've done this but now not sure how to link the page from the purchase when it happens. Do I need to add code somewhere? I have the advanced SS subscription. Many thanks in advance, Becky -
The person setup as a store manager on a site I'm building only wants new order notifications for specific products (I won't bore you with the details of why). I've spoken with Squarespace support who inform me this isn't possible. Does anyone know of a third-party solution (like Zapier) that might achieve this? My thinking at the moment is to create a sales@ email address and send all new order emails there. Then use some Zapier trigger to forward only the required emails to the store manager. But I can't see anything in the email that I might use as a trigger for Zapier to recognise. The people I'm building for won't want another (Zapier) subscription. So multi-step Zaps would be out.

I have an online gallery where I'd like artists to be able to upload content directly to my site. At the moment, we use an airtable form like this: https://airtable.com/shrgdglZQWrCWL5oC, then we use the spreadsheet data to convert to a CSV for Squarespace and manually add the pictures. I'm looking for a way to have this airtable spreadsheet automatically upload to our site. I've used Zapier but quickly ran out of zaps in our plan. Any other solutions I'm missing?

Hello! I would like to automate my order fulfillment by sending an email to my suppliers when an order is placed. Here is the journey I would like to accomplish: 1. Customer fills out form in checkout with name and shipping address. 2. Customer places order on squarespace and completes payment. 3. An email template is sent to my supplier (NOT MY CUSTOMER) detailing name and shipping address of order and order specifics (as populated by the unique email template for that product). Can I do this using squarespace api or email campaigns ? I’ve run into a few road blocks trying to accomplish this. 1. First I tried to automate the email by using google sheets as the form storage. But then I found that squarespace forms created during checkout DO NOT allow for Google sheets storage. 2. I tried to connect squarespace orders to zapier. But I’ve found that the only zap allowed that I can see is from a squarespace form. I’m still not sure if a squarespace advanced commerce membership will allow zapier to pick up order API I’ve tried mailchimp which CAN pick up specific products, but will only allow me to email the purchaser, not send out an email to my supplier based on an order. I’ve considered newsletter forms in checkout to be picked up by zapier. But Squarespace doesn’t allow newsletter forms in members area checkouts ????? Lastly I’ve tried to send emails to my suppliers in zapier based on a gmail subject search trigger. But I can’t seem to isolate the shipping address, name and product order from the email. Is this an easy workaround or should I just hire a developer for this seemingly simple request ? Can you please help me solve this issue ?

Hi there! I work for a fitness influencer, and we have been setting up her website on Squarespace. She has also been working on building up her email list on Mailchimp. She would like to introduce a 30 day fitness program that customers would purchase on Squarespace and then they would receive daily emails for the program through Mailchimp. I have been wracking my brain on how to make this happen automatically without having to manually add people who purchase the program to a Mailchimp segment/tag myself, but haven't been able to find a solution. I looked at what zapier was able to do, but the only option for a squarespace zap was when a lead submits a form. Does anyone know of any possible way to automate signing a customer who buys a specific product on squarespace up on a specific segment/tag on Mailchimp. Or is there a way to do this through Squarespace email marketing? Is there a way to automate if they purchase a certain product that it goes through a specific email journey that other customers wouldn't go through. I hope this all made sense. I am completely self taught on all things websites so I will admit my vocab in this area is lacking. If anyone has any suggestions for how to make this work, I would so greatly appreciate it. Is it possible to trigger an automatic email from Mailerlite (new version) when someone buys a product from a Squarespace site? I need to send an email with Zoom link to attendees of an online event. Then a reminder on the day of the event. The website is currently on a Business plan.
