  1. Site URL: https://www.lalittlegems.com/ Will customer's be able to use the site while the site upgrades? And how long does the upgrade take? The Add to Cart button is not working in Quick View on our product page so I'm wondering if this upgrade might fix the problem. Also the Quick View button itself is wonky. You have to double-click on most products but a couple random ones you only have to click once? I think it's a bug.
  2. We were prompted to reconnect our Shipstation account and Squarespace store on 1st August 2020. Ever since our orders are pulling through to our fulfillment company, James & James, incorrectly. Orders are usually pulled from Squarespace > Shipstation > James & James, and have been working for years absolutely fine. But now discounts are showing in James & James as a line item, i.e. a product, which is stopping the order being pulled through to James & James. Squarespace (who updated on 1st August, the only change), Shipstation and James & James have all come up blank with any help. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem and a possible solution to this? Thanks!

It says "General 1" or "General 2" I've tried... Refreshing the live page Clearing Cache, Temp Files, Cookies Re-naming the PAGE TITLE Please help!
  4. Site URL: https://www.renegades-agency.com Hello, Is it possible to upgrade my website (7.0) to 7.1 WITHOUT having to close the previous one and start a new website ? I find that solution terrible and I just would like to make some aesthetic changes to my shop but ut's not possible with the version of the template I currently use. It would be way better for me to go for 7.1 but it's out of question that I re create an entire new website / shop just to upgrade. thx
  5. We have been taking pre-orders for a product that has been delayed due to the virus. Is it possible to batch-send an email to recent customers so I don't have to send update emails one by one?
