Site URL: https://ww.oddbox.co.uk Hello, I'm having trouble adding my Google Optimize snippet to custom code without breaking my existing GA tagging. Has anyone been able to successfully setup? Also, once in Google Optimize, any experiments I create don't display in live. I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what? I'm new to SQS so would appreciate any pointers Thanks, Mark
Is there a way I can experiment with Squarespace in isolation from the rest of my team, without paying for a separate account? I'm trying to avoid using a free trial because I might need a new free trial every time I want to experiment. I'm tasked with editing an existing Squarespace website and I don't know what I'm doing. Before I edit their site, I want to experiment with particular Squarespace features relating to the change I'm going to make, and I want to write some custom code and see if it works. Then I'd like to change their real site. I don't want to bother other contributors/editors with revisions that are just for my own learning or pending changes that I know I'll revert; and I don't want to cause anyone needless merge conflicts while I'm experimenting. Perhaps there is a developer sandbox account feature -- some kind of test account to play with Squarespace? I probably don't need to share this test account with anyone else. Thank you!
Hello, We are looking to conduct a "dry run" online ad test to see how well our Squarespace site converts. To do this, we will be running paid ads on social media which will direct traffic to the site. We would then like to see how many customers actually go through the entire sales funnel and complete checkout. The trick is, we do not want customers to actually get charged as we are not ready to ship product yet. Instead, the ideal scenario is they complete checkout (using name/address/CC info) but after clicking "Complete Checkout" they see a message noting that we are currently out of stock and their card has not been charged. Test Mode does not accomplish this as it doesn't allow the customer to enter their CC info. And zero'ing out the inventory prevents them from adding the item to the cart. Does anyone have ideas on how to best accomplish this? Thanks! DR
