  1. Does anyone have a tool that offers the ability to customize a table to embed on Squarespace? I don't have a background in coding. I managed to embed a google sheet into a page on our website, but I'm not sure how to change the aesthetics or update any settings to provide a more user friendly experience.
  2. Site URL: https://turbot-armadillo-ja5c.squarespace.com/ Hi folks, site p/word is: SandraCB I have managed to design a table via code I found on the forum to use in the 'additional info' of our product block. This can be seen here https://www.shop.chenebleu.com/wine-shop-uk/abelard12 The issue I am having is, that in adding this code into the box it then makes the alignment of the text underneath more indented as per the image attached. If I remove the code block from the 'additional info' section of the Abelard product the text all lines up once more, so it is definitely that code causing the issue. This is the code: <style type="text/css"> .table { display: table; background-color: #796b63; } .row { display: table-row; width: 60%; } .column { color: #ccd6dd !important; display: table-cell; vertical-align: middle; text-align: center; padding: 15px; width: 10%; border-right: 1px white; } </style> <div class="table"style="width:100%"> <div class="row"> <div class="column"><p style="color:white;font-size:20px;">2012</p> <p style="color:white;">75cl €66.00<br>150cl €135.00<br>300cl €271.00</p><a href="<a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e70d8b08c15db0634d1a96e/t/5ebd32c409f109687c019d97/1589457622251/Abelard+2012+FR.pdf"><u>Tasting Notes</u></a></div> <div class="column"><p style="color:white;font-size:20px;">2011</p> <p style="color:white;">75cl €66.00<br>150cl €135.00<br>300cl €271.00</p><a href="<a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e70d8b08c15db0634d1a96e/t/5ebd32c409f109687c019d97/1589457622251/Abelard+2012+FR.pdf"><u>Tasting Notes</u></a></div> <div class="column"><p style="color:white;font-size:20px;">2010</p> <p style="color:white;">75cl n/a<br>150cl €135.00<br>300cl €271.00</p><a href="<a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e70d8b08c15db0634d1a96e/t/5ebd32c409f109687c019d97/1589457622251/Abelard+2012+FR.pdf"><u>Tasting Notes</u></a></div> <div class="column"><p style="color:white;font-size:20px;">2007</p> <p style="color:white;">75cl €66.00<br>150cl n/a<br>300cl n/a</p><a href="<a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e70d8b08c15db0634d1a96e/t/5ebd32c409f109687c019d97/1589457622251/Abelard+2012+FR.pdf"><u>Tasting Notes</u></a></div> <div class="column"><p style="color:white;font-size:20px;">2006</p> <p style="color:white;">75cl €66.00<br>150cl n/a<br>300cl n/a</p><a href="<a href="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e70d8b08c15db0634d1a96e/t/5ebd32c409f109687c019d97/1589457622251/Abelard+2012+FR.pdf"><u>Tasting Notes</u></a></div> Any ideas? Thank you! Sandra
  3. Site URL: https://www.pickleballadventure.com/blog/best-pickleball-paddles-for-beginners Is there an easy way to create a product comparison table that displays correctly on mobile, tablet and desktop? I have product reviews and I would like to have a quick comparison at the top of the product review page. I've tried using table creation tools (HTML) but they don't seem to display correctly on mobile.
  4. Site URL: https://textorteam.com/closed-transactions site password: textor The table looks so funky in mobile view no matter what I do. Any suggestions? I used a 3rd party add-on to create table via squarewebsites.org and with all its "mobile" customizations, I still am having trouble. For now, the table in desktop mode is not centered or perfect either but I can fix that, just wanted to simplify for now while trying to solve mobile view. THANKS IN ADVANCE!😀
  5. Site URL: https://www.gpdesignguide.org Hello everyone! I'm working on a site for a non-profit educational program. One component of the site is tabled instructions that can be downloaded or viewed on the site. Initially, we put up PDFs that I converted into images, but the client says this is out of ADA compliance because the text isn't readable as text. So I'm trying to find a workaround. There is of course a table plug-in, but that is for data only in the manner of excel, and I can't format the text inside the cells (to create live links, for instance, to use paragraphs, and to format the text etc.) I can't figure out a way to array the information in a table-like way with columns. The text blocks just don't seem to behave the way other blocks behave, tending to blur into one another. I'm getting a little bit frustrated that this is the one snag. The site isn't live yet so it will require a password to access, but I've included a screenshot of a table we've been using that we can no longer use. Some of them have more columns. It varies. Does anyone have any ideas about how to display information in rows and columns without formally using a table? Or some other workaround? Text blocks separated by a really thin image or something? Any help would be appreciated!
  6. Here's the page: https://potomacadvisors.squarespace.com/evo-1 Scroll down to "Summary Statistics" and you'll see that there is a % on the line before the table. What gives? Thanks in advance for your help. I'm just a layperson, and I've been trying to fix this forever. Driving me nuts! Here's my code: <style type="text/css"> .tg {border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:0;} .tg td{font-family:Arial, sans-serif;font-size:14px;padding:10px 5px;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;overflow:hidden;word-break:normal;} .tg th{font-family:Arial, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-weight:normal;padding:10px 5px;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;overflow:hidden;word-break:normal;} .tg .tg-i0og{color:#000000} .tg .tg-stfo{background-color:##2f519a;color:#ffffff;text-align:right} .tg .tg-iuc6{font-weight:bold;background-color:#000000;color:#ffffff;text-align:center} .tg .tg-colo{font-weight:bold;background-color:#2f519a;color:#ffffff;text-align:center} .tg .tg-pror{color:#333333;text-align:right} </style> <table class="tg" style="undefined;table-layout: fixed; width: 403px"> <colgroup> <col style="width: 251px"> <col style="width: 101px"> <col style="width: 101px"> <col style="width: 101px"> </colgroup> <tr> <th class="tg-iuc6">Metric </th> <th class="tg-colo">EVO1 Gross</th> <th class="tg-iuc6">EVO1 Net 2.0%</th> <th class="tg-iuc6">S&amp;P 500 </th> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Annualized Rate of Return </td> <td class="tg-stfo">15.55%</td> <td class="tg-pror">13.22%</td> <td class="tg-pror">8.69%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Cumulative Return</td> <td class="tg-stfo">1170%</td>% <td class="tg-pror">788%</td> <td class="tg-pror">333%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Standard Deviation (mo.) </td> <td class="tg-stfo">4.16%</td> <td class="tg-pror">4.16%</td> <td class="tg-pror">4.05%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Loss Standard Deviation (mo.) </td> <td class="tg-stfo">-2.99%</td> <td class="tg-pror">-2.91%</td> <td class="tg-pror">-3.80%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Sortino Ratio (mo.), (Citi 3 mo.TB)</td> <td class="tg-stfo">0.46</td> <td class="tg-pror">0.38</td> <td class="tg-pror">0.21</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Maximum Drawdown</td> <td class="tg-stfo">-23.9%</td> <td class="tg-pror">-25.02%</td> <td class="tg-pror">-51.0%</td> </tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Maximum Drawdown Recovery Period</td> <td class="tg-stfo">17 months</td> <td class="tg-pror">19 months</td> <td class="tg-pror">37 months</td> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Up Capture vs. Market</td> <td class="tg-stfo">90.68%</td> <td class="tg-pror">84.21%</td> <td class="tg-pror">100%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Down Capture vs. Market </td> <td class="tg-stfo">47.16%</td> <td class="tg-pror">51.68%</td> <td class="tg-pror">100%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Alpha vs. Market</td> <td class="tg-stfo">10.77%</td> <td class="tg-pror">8.42%</td> <td class="tg-pror">0%</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tg-i0og">Beta vs. Market </td> <td class="tg-stfo">0.47</td> <td class="tg-pror">0.48</td> <td class="tg-pror">1.00</td> </tr> </table>
  7. I have searched these forums and have found others with this same issue: no ability to create a table in SquareSpace. I have found several suggestions to insert one using HTML code after generating it on another site. I have done that and inserted the code, but all that comes up are rows and columns of information, not an actual table with borders and cells. I have injected the CSS code into the header on that page, but it's as though the HTML code isn't recognizing it. ALL I WANT IS A GRID FOR MY PRICES. This is incredibly frustrating and honestly, it may shove me over to another hosting site with WordPress, which I KNOW will do what I want it to do. Can anyone help?
