I am a bit frustrated with the very "light" instructions provided by Squarespace concerning subscription products. If I provide weekly subscription products to my clients via local delivery, when exactly will my clients be billed? Will they be billed on a specific day of the week, or every 7 days after they subscribed? Or are they going to be billed manually every time I fulfill their weekly orders? However, there is a one-time fee when they first sign up to cover the cost of their supplies. I've not been able how to figure out how to add this to my SquareSpace store. I thought I could add another "item" to my store that they could select, but because it's a subscription there doesn't seem to be a way to add multiple "items" to the cart.   4. Site URL: https://roastologycoffee.com We are a coffee roasting business currently using WooCommerce ( the site URL above) and want to move to Squarespace. We sell variable subscription coffee products where a customer can choose using a drop down box either a one-time purchase or a subscription of once per week, bi-weekly, or monthly on the same product. How can we accomplish this with Squarespace without creating 4 different products?
  5. HI guys, I just noticed that on my e-commerce store non of the subscriptions have a feature to add more than one quantity. This is a huge feature that should be added, my customers can't purchase more than one subscriptions at a time. This is a huge disadvantage., has anyone had any work around ? I can have customer log back in and subscribe again, however once the same dollar amount is added to the credit card it gets declined as the bank figures its a duplicate transaction. Help!!
  6. Hey Squarespace Circle, I've e-mailed Squarespace many times but haven't gotten an answer this past year. We love our website and the functionality of it, but we are still torn with how subscriptions are run through e-commerce. We are not fans of shopify, we don't like the functionality, but 2020 may have us switch. This is what we are looking for: our subscription is a special order, so we can't ship them the minute they are ordered. As a solution for now, we will keep them in our shipping queue until it's time to ship. We only ship them monthly, because our business is in specialty
  7. Hi There, My Client's requirement is they have enabled the Stripe Subscription on their website which is in Square Space. Now, when customer is sign-up and make the first payment we are charging for the Subscription but for the Next month we want to charge on 20th of the month. e.g. A customer signed-up on 1st date of the month and Paid for the subscription. then their next billing will happen on 1st date of the Next Month. we want to customize it to the 20th of the Month instead the 1st. Any Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance:)
