Hi all, I'm looking to create an online store where a subscription is required to access the store. Basically, members pay x dollars per month or year, then they get access to my exclusive store. The store part is straightforward and I can create that. But the subscription part, is it possible to code this? What would this entail? Would it be a complicated/costly process?
Hi, I am looking for a new website. I want to sell a membership that is annually but I want my customers to be able to pay this quarterly or monthly. The "contract" is for a year. They can only cancel when their membership is ending (the year) and they don't want to renew. I chatted with SquareSpace helpdesk and they say it's currently impossible. Does anybody know how to solve this?
Hi, We sell one year advertising subscriptions that bill monthly. I am wondering if subscriptions via Stripe integration can be customized in the following ways: (1) Block customers from cancelling subscriptions via their Customer Account (we want them to call us). (2) Setup subscription billing products so that they charge the first 3 months in advance. Thus the logic would be something like this for a $100/mo product: - Charge $300 at time of sale - Begin recurring billing at $100/mo 90 days later Thank you to anyone who knows if such customizations are possible. We love Squarespace, but would prefer our software supports our business model rather than forcing our business model to support the software. 🙂 We are also open to creative solutions, such as integrating an additional product or creating a custom checkout flow if necessary. Or even switching to a different provider than Squarespace if it is not likely to work for us. Thank you for any recommendations!
Hi there, I want to setup a reoccuring payment for one program, I was wondering if it is possible to do this on the business plan and have the product linked to Stripe and the recurring payments done through stripe rather than having to upgrade to the Advanced Commerce plan? Thanks Kristen
