  1. Site URL: https://jodistewartart.com I want to use a 'store' style page as a portfolio so that each image out of a grid of images has the capability of opening up a new window with a larger picture and more information, exactly as a store page does, but some works will be available to sell and some won't (already sold but still part of the portfolio). Is there a page that works exactly as a store page but without price, buy now or quantity listings? Otherwise, I have to 'build' each separate listing and link to the image page? So clumsy
  2. Site URL: https://www.corgimedia.co Hi, I made a store with 3 categories, Presets, Prints and Merch. I want to hide the Prints from the main store, while keeping the merch and presets visible. I found a post that helped hide all products with the following code injection: is there a way to either manipulate this code or a new code that could do what I'm trying to achieve? Thanks
  3. I want to launch my store which has three categories. One of the the categories does not have any products yet but will be launching in the next few months. I want the category to show up in the products nav and I would like to have some sort of "coming soon" image message. If I add the future product and set the quantity to "0" it will say sold out- it would be helpful to have a "coming soon" option here- other platforms have that option.
  4. Site URL: http://www.terroir-imports.com Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to make multiple promotional pop-ups that open on different pages? Currently I have the promotional pop-up enabled so that when a new client goes to my website it prompts the client to choose to visit the French or English site. However, I would like to add another promotional pop-up that would only appear in both of my online stores (English and French). Any idea on how to do this? Thanks 🙂 English Online store French Online Store
  5. Hello, I am trying to hide my "shop" title on the storefront page, but keep the category titles on each category page. My site is not live, but here are screenshots. Any help at all is appreciated. Thank you!
  6. Site URL: https://pump.eppwellsolutions.com/ Ok, I was so excited to see the new review feature in Squarespace. I used to have to make a whole page to add my customer's reviews manually, but with the automatic emails and having the reviews right on my product page is so nice. Unfortunately there is one big issue with this new feature. My customers cannot edit or delete their reviews. Anyone with a store probably knows this scenario all too well. Order is delivered, customer gets review notification and had one small issue that would be easily fixable but rather than reaching out for it to be solved gives a less than ideal review. After reading the review you reach out to your customer to solve the problem and increase their satisfaction with you product. After your customer support your customer is now happier than ever and would give a 5 star review without question. So now what.....they cannot edit their review to give their whole story and show their appreciation with your customer support, and they cannot delete their review and do an updated one. What do you all think? Do you think that our customers should have the option to edit or delete their reviews if they want to? Do you think that this is just a feature that hasn't been added yet or a decision that Squarespace has made against having that ability? I really hope that my customer's will be able to do this soon with my Squarespace site, or I will probably be switching back to inputting them manually on a custom page.
  7. Site URL: https://penguin-daisy-j23y.squarespace.com/ Can anyone help me figure out how I can build a product page layout that looks like the attached - 3 images in a grid type format with the product details on the right side? pw: MYNDY123 Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://reindeer-sailfish-bkep.squarespace.com/prints/p/alaskanspines Hello, I am looking for help in the store page. As it is a print shop, I have a number of different options available for each product. I wanted to know if there is a work around so that when you put a product which is unavailable - for example in my store: Brushed Aluminium is not available in 20 x 30 - rather than it saying "Unavailable" at the top, the option could be greyed out / not clickable - so that the consumer knows that they can not purchase that product. I have done a work around - by adding in the products on the sizes but it is a bit messy. I would rather just have the sizes. Screenshots to try and help explain what I mean. Website: https://reindeer-sailfish-bkep.squarespace.com/prints/p/alaskanspines PW: help Thank you. Beanie
  9. Site URL: https://pawplepower.com Please help! I have a persisting and urgent problem that's driving me crazy, and I've exhausted all my knowledge on how to fix it. On our Squarespace store, we're selling digital products. One of those products is a .zip file containing audiobook recordings. When the file is purchased, sent to the customer, and then downloaded, it's unopenable and gives the following error message: "Unable to expand [FILE NAME]…" "Error 1 - No such process." I have no idea how to fix this. I've tried so many things: removing a dash in the file name, setting the enclosed folders to 'Read & Write', deleting and listing a brand-new product, etc. I should also mention that the other digital downloads that we sell (which contain .pngs, unlike this one which contains .mp3s), download and open perfectly without incident. The compressed .zip file comes to 241mb, which is well within Squarespace's file limit. Here's the other thing though: when purchased and downloaded, the file size is not that size, but fluctuates between about 150 and 170 mb, which almost seems like something is stopping the download mid-way. I've tested it a million times on my end, and I've only ever had it properly download and open about two times, before not working again. I'm appealing to the Squarespace community hoping that someone can help me; maybe you've had a similar experience and have found the fix. I'd be more than happy to buy you a coffee for your time, I just desperately need the help before we receive any new orders. NOTE: I have no idea whether this is a Squarespace issue, or a localized computer issue. I'm also not sure if this is just an Apple problem. All the reported download problems have seemingly come from Apple users (including myself). This problem also persists on Desktop and Mobile. 10. Site URL: https://falcon-avocado-k4w3.squarespace.com/ Hello! I'm working on setting up a photography print shop site. Currently using the Palmera template. I want to be able to add a second line of text (subtitle with artist name) under each item, both in the grid and the product detail pages if possible. It should look like the attached images. Ideally should also be able to lightly style this line of text, so it's smaller and a different color/opacity than the title. Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance!
  11. Site URL: https://www.ariellazoelle.com/store I'm getting ready to launch my store and I'm having some trouble with my quantity sizing and the position of my custom icon for the cart. If someone adds 20 or more items to the cart, the number touches the cart. I'd like to introduce a little spacing between them to make it easier to read and so I can make the quantity number a bit bigger as well since that's really tiny. This is the code I'm currently using on the website: // Custom Cart Icon // .header .header-actions-action--cart .icon { background: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5e8fc901cd14a73a8f1347b3/t/62d97302475e0e3628b75aad/1658417923056/Cart+Thicker.jpg) center no-repeat; stroke: transparent !important; content: ""; background-size: contain; } // Text Under Cart Icon // .header .header-actions-action--cart .icon:after { content: "CART"; color: #FF61D7; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 900; text-align: center; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; letter-spacing: 0px; width: 100% !important; display: inline-block; } // Cart Item Number // .icon-cart-quantity { font-size: 1em !important; font-weight: 900; text-align: right; } .sqs-cart-quantity { color: #FF61D7; } Any advice on how to fix the cart quantity spacing with the icon would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

  14. Site URL: https://impala-nectarine-4s9h.squarespace.com/config/design Hi, I have created multiple stores within my site for different styles of product and then put categories within each store. When I go onto the main page of my store, there is a menu linking to all the different categories of products, but when you go onto the page of a category, the navigation to all the other categories dissappears, is it possible to keep this navigation on all category pages and not just the main store page?
  15. Site URL: https://www.halexhorns.com Dear All I have built my first Square Space website and have found online help here fantastic, with a solution to all my specific customisations and requirements except for the following, so was hoping someone might be able to suggest how to set this up or give a work around or some custom code. I wish to have the main store page display all my items except items tagged with the category 'Sold.' Then for there to be a second page (or Menu) with the title - Sold, that then the displays all the 'Sold' items and excludes all the items for sale. Or ideally instead of having a separate menu as currently setup, I would be really happy if it could be done within the main shop, so no items tagged 'Sold' are listed until you click on the 'Sold' Tag Shortlist button (currently hidden) then all the fro sale items will disappear. At the moment it is set up kind of how I want it but all the sold items are still listed in the shop for sale. I've successfully hidden the sold Menu Tag from the shortlisting menu. I then tried hiding the sold tagged items which solves the problem for the main Shop page but then the items of course disappear from the Sold page. I had though I might be able to have two Shop pages using the same products and then setup different display rules for each but this doesn't seem possible. The site is https://www.halexhorns.com and the password - Kruspe It would be amazing if any one has any thoughts how I can achieve either of my planned layouts. Thanks J
  16. New to Squarespace, is there any way to quickly preview a change without navigating back to the website? Simple but I can't figure this one out! Thanks Steve
  17. Hello, I want to add special icons to some products - similar to how the "sale" feature allows you to mark items with a box on top of the product image. For example, how can I mark some products as "New" or "50% off" or "Vegan" or "Spicy" or some other custom text? And is it possible to place a small graphic icon instead of text?
  18. Site URL: https://zeronineobjects.co.uk hi i'm having an issue with the background on my store page, i can't add an image as the background on the /store page and the individual product pages id like it to match the rest of my site and not look so empty, is there i ccs code i need to input to allow me to add a background? thank you
  19. Hi! I am trying to hide a product in my store, but still have it accessible from a URL. I tagged the product "conway" and then put this code in the header of the store body#collection-5d660a88abd7d20001f847a2 .tag-conway { display: none; } However its still being shown. Any ideas?
  20. Hey. I'm currently trying to work out how I can customise some text elements inside a store page. The default HTML code is: <div class="product-price"> from <span class="sqs-money-native">216.00</span> every month </div> Now my thinking was to replace "every" with "per" via Store Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection. My desired result should look like: <div class="product-price"> from <span class="sqs-money-native">216.00</span> per month </div> I was trying to inject the following JavaScript code without any result: <script> let str = document.getElementsByClassName("product-price").innerHTML; let res = str.replace("every", "per"); document.getElementsByClassName("product-price").innerHTML = res; </script> Any helping thought is much appreciated :)
  21. Site URL: https://www.plantshopmanchester.com/ Hi there! We currently have products sorted by categories, and you can view all the products by category using the drop-down menu. Problem is, I want to add a description for each category page as a text box below the category title. I can't do this currently, as the pages are Link pages which link to the category, and they aren't editable. I tried setting each Category up as a separate Store page, where I can add a block of text, but this means they won't show under the View All page, and I also can't add existing products to each page, I can only make new products for each page, and some products come up under multiple categories, so I don't want duplicates. For example, we have products under the 'Pet Friendly' category, which may also fall under the 'Bright Light' category. Does anyone have a work-around?
  22. Site URL: https://opossum-lily-kg6a.squarespace.com/config/ This applies to STORE CATEGORIES. I am trying to make the categories navigation menu into a drop down menu upon hover. Does anyone know the code for that and where to place it? Thank you in advance!
  23. Site URL: https://www.themastheads.org/shop How do I add a photo block and text block on a Store page? I want to have these to introduce the store and match the other pages on my site. THANK YOU!
