  1. Hi, I am trying to add background images to my homepage which constantly change over time. It doesn't have to be random, just a slideshow of full screen images, without buttons prompting you to move to the next image. I don't need transitions. So if you don't click anything, they will continue to change from image to image in a loop. I've tried to follow the tutorials on gallery block > slideshow but when I try to add a block, 'gallery' is not there as an option. So the tutorial is impossible to follow. I've almost finished my trial: for me, being able to do this is crucial, I don't really want to have to make any specific code to make this work, I just need the personal package, which looks great, but only if it's possible to have constantly changing images on my home page background. Any ideas? Thanks
  2. Site URL: https://lanternfish-synthesizer-3eh7.squarespace.com/config/settings/site-visibility Hi, On my 7.1 website: https://lanternfish-synthesizer-3eh7.squarespace.com/chris-robertshaw (Password: concrete), I am having an issue where on mobile, my gallery (slideshow: reel) is cropping both sides of my images. This is at the bottom of the page in a key projects section, there is text on the images so I want these to still show. Does anyone know if there is a way to stop this cropping from happening and have the full width of each image? Desktop view: Mobile view:
  3. Site URL: http://www.pureimagevideography.com Hello! I have lovely slideshow blocks on my website hosting logos of locations & partners I've worked with in the past. It's made up of 4 slideshow blocks simply placed next to each other in my About Me section. It looks wonderful on my desktop version but it automatically stacks them on my mobile site which doesn't look great & makes my About Me page MUCH longer. Any one know some code to get this resized only for the mobile site?
  4. I was able to get meta data for my slideshow images - the title and description - to display on mobile devices by using this code (thanks to a fellow forum member for this): @media screen and (max-width:768px) { .sqs-gallery-block-slideshow .meta { display: block !important; overflow: hidden !important; /* i added this to keep the text within the contraints of the container */ max-width: none !important; height: auto !important; width: auto !important; min-width: 50%; white-space: normal !important; } .meta-title { font-size: 20px !Important; } .meta-description * { font-size: 10px !important; } .sqs-gallery-meta-container { display: none; } } But I'm running into an issue with the bounding box spilling outside of the image container or the container block. I'm not exactly sure. I would like to contain the text within the image (even expanding the image size). Or cause the text to overflow into ellipsis. I tried using text-overflow: ellipsis to no effect. Maybe I'm using it wrong? Thanks,
