  1. I have a number of products. When they are sold, I go to the orders page and the SKUs are not available so there is no way to know which product was purchased unless I click on the specific order. Is there a way to search for purchases based on SKUs? It's seem crazy to run a store without this ability. Thank you! John
  2. Dear all, May I know how to solve this issue where all the products within Inventory won't tracked automatically even added the SKU respectively? I pasted the SKUs from Shopify to Squarespace, manually (since importing of CSV from Shopify auto-generated CSV to Squarespace won't works, with issues and products are not able to import successfully). Thanks. Regards, Jeff
  3. Site URL: https://www.middleburgtack.com/jumping Greetings! I would like to display the SKU on the product pages, does anyone have any suggestions for that? I'm sure there's a way to do it with some code insertion but I'm not smart enough to do it. I'd like the SKU to show on the main product pages below the price. Thanks!
  4. When viewing product details, it DOES NOT show available quantity and the SKU info. Not in thumbnail mode (qty) or detail view (qty and sku) When I worked on a previous SquareSpace page (7.0) it showed such information. But on this current page and style (7.1) I get nothing. There is an SKU and qty typed in, but it'll be very handy to actually show this to customers and ourselves so we know what they are talking about if the customer asks. Is this a 7.1 thing or am I missing something? In 7.0, at least the qty option was in Site Styles (odd place - it should be global products). It's a standard business plan. I don't recall what the other old one was, but I think it too was business. I did add a 3rd party mode to both of these, which add a function to the products page. This was also done for the previous site without issues. Confused.
  5. Site URL: https://www.justgoodjuju.com We use 'Out of Stock' waitlists but in the list, it shows only the product name with no other identifier. We have several products with the same name (or similar) and there is no way to tell for sure what the product is that the person signed up for notifications on. Is there ANY way to determine the SKU for an item in the Out of Stock Wait List?
  6. This all started when I was researching to see if Squarespace offers any solutions that would allow you to set quantity-based discounts (i.e. $4/each, 3 for $10), and long story short - there isn't any which is a huge bummer. Then I'm thinking that maybe I could post a product listing and call it a "bundle", a "set" or a "box" priced at $10, and customers can select 3 products that are eligible for the discount as variants, but in this case, tracking inventory will be a huge mess. So my question is, can I use the same SKU in multiple listings? And what will happen if I do that? Will they share the same inventory cuz if they do, that'd be real nice. Please help! Thank you!
  7. Is there a way to hid the SKU code from appearing on the customers tax invoice
  8. Site URL: https://www.chg.mx/ Hi, I want to show the sku on the store page...like the image. Is there a way to do this??
  9. Site URL: https://www.haveteewilltravel.com/ Hello squarespace experts! I am looking for advice on a feature I am trying to add to my site. Summary: I would like to add client accounts that will display sales information originated from my Squarespace account but only about specific SKU numbers or product names. Use: I plan to sell merchandise for individuals. They get a commission of the sales so I would like them to be able to log into a client account and see real time how many sales they have made. Method: I am looking into using memberstack to generate and manage the accounts (I'm open to other methods though). This is new to me but I think I can work out adding the code and setting it up. However, I am not sure how to display information from the Squarespace website and how to limit it to specific SKU numbers or product names per account. If you have any resources, videos, or advice that I could research I would be very grateful for the help. Thanks!
  10. Has anyone had any issues using "-" dashes in their SKU numbers? Some of mine work and some of mine spit out some weird characters or question marks.
  11. Hello Squarespace Community, I am trying to setup a site which sells a software subscription. Is it possible to setup a product that gets less expensive each month without messing with the amount of inventory? Any help would be appreciated! thank you, Josh
  12. Site URL: https://www.designedbyflorence.com Just wandering if it's possible to link one stock variant item, to another product. So we're selling Dolls with custom clothing items, but would like customers to buy either the dolls, or the clothes by themselves, or both the doll and the clothes. And I have multiple versions of the doll, but have the listed as different products, is it possible to link all the doll items so that if one is bought, the other dolls are updated as well?
  13. I am building a commerce site and would like to display the SKU variant as a text with my product for the customer to see. I can enter that in the text of the product, but it would be nice to be able to just expose that field. I tried to create a variant as a workaround but those display as drop down fields and I want it as a text box I guess similar to how the quantity displays. Is it possible to control what variants are exposed?
  14. Site URL: https://www.setcollective.com.au Hi! I have a site that is currently set up to sell individual products and then 'sets' of the same individual products. For example you can buy: A Singlets in three different colours A Tshirt in three different colours A Long Sleeve Tshirt in 3 different colours all as individual products or you can buy them as a set i.e You can buy a singlet, tshirt, long sleeve top all in the same colour as a 'set' however when someone buys this product, it is not taken from the stock count because Squarespace does not know it is also another product. Is there a way to add more than one SKU per product line i.e CLASSIC SET (1 Singlet, Tshirt, Long Sleeve Top in Grey is Sku0000, Sku0001, Sku0002) so that it takes the three skus and subtracts this from the overall same stock count. You can see the site here: www.setcollective.com.au I'm pretty sure it can't - is there a plugin or can this be customised? Thanks, Leanne
  15. I'd like to be able to either: add a second mailing list sign up, or add a step in the checkout process (which would invite customers to give permission to subscribe them to a second mailing list) But I want to do this only for 2 SKUs, and not the other SKUs available on the site. Is this doable? If so, how? I see how I can add a form to the product page, but that seems a pretty clunky solution. I'd strongly prefer something that happens after the product is placed in a shopping cart. I'd be very appreciative of any suggestions! Thanks in advance.
  16. I am looking for a way to have a custom response sent to a customer based on the SKU they order. For example. If a customer ordered SQ2853405 they would be sent a link in their confirmation to http://www.google.com. If they ordered SQ4553165 they would be directed to http://www.squarespace.com. Does anyone know the JSON variable to accomplish this? Thank you in advance!
