  1. Site URL: https://www.maisonlouno.com Hi! I'm starting to work with a shipping center for my business. The shipping center has managed to connect their API on my Squarespace site, but miss one last step which the Squarespace support team can't help me with: creating a new metadata field on orders. The aim of the field is to give status whether or not an order has been transferred to the shipping center API. This way we can check in case an order isn't transferred. The field must be changeable by API. Please can any of you help with this? Where to change in the code? What to write? Many thanks!! Louise
  2. I have a client whose Shipstation needs to be reset and re-synced manually after every sale, and still every item shows as Pending until manually changed. I have tried to help her, but everything on the back end of both Squarespace and Shipstation seem to be set up properly. Is anyone else having issues with this sync -- I can't seem to find any help from Squarespace on how to get this issue resolved. As far as I understand, the goal is that Shipstation automatically marks as fulfilled and syncs tracking info after the label is printed etc. But that's not the case .. any help?
  3. We were prompted to reconnect our Shipstation account and Squarespace store on 1st August 2020. Ever since our orders are pulling through to our fulfillment company, James & James, incorrectly. Orders are usually pulled from Squarespace > Shipstation > James & James, and have been working for years absolutely fine. But now discounts are showing in James & James as a line item, i.e. a product, which is stopping the order being pulled through to James & James. Squarespace (who updated on 1st August, the only change), Shipstation and James & James have all come up blank with any help. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem and a possible solution to this? Thanks!

  6. Has anyone else encountered an issue with using the ShipStation extension not pulling product variants or images from the site? I've got support tickets out on both platforms, but they seem to be pointing the finger at each other rather than working on a fix for the last two weeks.
  7. Can anyone provide me some insight? Today a customer contacted me as she was about to pay for shipping on my site and it was over $25. I went onto Shipstation and using the same exact info as on my site, it was SIGNIFICANTLY less money. I contacted Shipstation and they didn't have an answer stating it was up to the various shipping companies but that didn't answer the issue. I don't want to be gauging customers on shipping and didn't realize there was that much of a cost difference until she pointed it out. Any advice/help would be welcomed.
  8. I was wondering who sends what. Squarespace or Shipstation when it comes to sending emails about products being shipped/delivered. Also, when it comes to order confirmations, does Squarespace send that to customers or does Stripe/Paypal? Or will customers just be receiving two sets of emails?
