Our business allows customers to buy a service for a specific date, but we have limited staff to perform the service. This typically isn't an issue unless a customer buys for a particularly busy day, but we don't want to run into a problem where a customer buys and we are unable to fulfill their order. Is there a way to delay charging of their card until we can confirm availability? That way we don't have to worry about issuing a refund or anything like that. We use Stripe for payment processing, if that helps!
Site URL: https://www.cuinnovate.com/webinars/may-leadership I have my site set up to allow people to purchase webinars through a series subscriptions as well as just one at a time and I have gotten legitimate ones but I get A LOT of fake ones that are filled out with credit cards and everything. They appear to be from other countries possibly. I send emails to the purchaser and they aren't legitimate emails. Why would anyone do that and should I be concerned? I am not running the credit cards but they are increasing. They include complete credit card information and I have never run it.
Hi, I'm in the process of planning a website with a store for digital downloads. The store will be selling resources for teachers and students. The student resources can be sold on a normal Squarespace store, however the teacher resources should only be able to be bought by verified teachers. I was wondering if there is a way for people with an account to be able to view a different store page? Or maybe there is some other way to handle this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
