  1. Site URL: https://www.luxandleaf.com/ Hello everyone! I have a question regarding selling CBD products in Squarespace. So I created a website for a client who sells skincare beauty products that contain CBD oil (https://www.luxandleaf.com/). However, I wasn't able to connect Stripe or Paypal because they do not allow transactions that are for CBD. I'm looking into third-party payment processors like Foxy.io (https://www.foxy.io/squarespace) Does anyone have experience with them? and how it works? or any other suggestions?!
  2. Site URL: http://www.evolve353.com Does anybody know if it is possible to add a payment form (credit card details) directly to a landing page so that it skips the checkout etc. I am looking at possibly adding a payment form to www.evolve353.com/try-us so that I can take payment straight away from people keen to purchase. I don't want to allow them to leave this page and risk losing them due to too much friction in paying. Thanks
  3. Site URL: http://regeneratechange.com Is it possible to send payment from different products on my site towards separate accounts? My business partner and I sell registration to our workshops and classes on our site, and the income from these is directed to our business account. However, we also sell copies of books that we've written, and we'd like to set things up so that book revenue gets sent to our personal accounts. From what I can tell, Squarespace can take either Stripe or Paypal as the payment processor, but not both at the same time. And once payments reach the Stripe or Paypal interface, there's no way to tag them so that they can be sent to the appropriate account. Am I missing something?
  4. Site URL: https://www.ctrlpmodels.com.au/ Hi, I recently created an online shop using Squarespace and am using PayPal to handle payments. I'm having issues receiving payments from orders placed via a PC, the orders appear to process fine from Squarespace, but the funds do not appear in my PayPal balance or in my activity list. Orders placed from mobile devices work fine. I can access the Paypal Transaction Details for all orders via the Squarespace Order log, so they are making it into the PayPal system but not showing up otherwise. The only difference I can note on the Transaction Details is that the PC orders are listed as "Payment Type: Checkout" where as the mobile orders are listed as "Payment Type: Mobile payment". The Payment Status is marked as Complete as well. I have also noticed that I am not getting PayPal payment notification emails for these PC transactions, but they are deducting money from the customer's account (I have done some tests from my own personal account and the money has been deducted from my CC) so this money is off in limbo somewhere. Has anyone run into this issue before or have any ideas what might be causing it? I have posted this over on the PayPal forums too but thought someone here might have experienced this too. EDIT: On further testing it appears to be related to Firefox, I tested Chrome and the payment came through fine. Is there any fix for this issue with Firefox? Cheers, MB
  5. Site URL: https://www.hellohappyskin.com.au/ Hi all, I'm considering switching my store to shopify as my payment gateway while still using my squarespace site because i would like to add in multiple currencies based on geolocation and to add afterpay. I need advice on: 1. if switching, will it screw up my facebook pixel? 2. when I switch over will it affect other payment methods i already have connected on the site such as paypal? 3. would I have to rebuild each product description again from 0? 4. is there a way to get a refund of the remainder of the stripe subscription considering I have not used the full year subscription? If anyone has experience from doing this themselves, I'd love to get your opinion. thanks in advance!
  6. Hi, all! I'm a relatively new member to Squarespace Circle but cannot rave enough about this supportive community! I have a client (a small coffeeshop/roastery with one physical location) who loves Squarespace and would like me to build a website (with online store) using the Squarespace platform. However, they use Square as their POS in store, and they would like to use Square to process all of their payments (both online and in-store). I understand that, as of now, Squarespace only accepts online payments using Stripe and/or PayPal, and they do not want to pay additional for any third-party integrations (like Ecwid or Trunk). To accommodate these requests, the only solution I can think of is to (1) build the "core" of their website on Squarespace, (2) set up their online store through Square's "Online Store," and then (3) have the "Shop" button on the navigation menu on their Squarespace website redirect to their online store in Square. Obviously, this is not the most ideal situation, but do you any of you have suggestions on a better solution/workaround (or, better yet, any idea if/when Squarespace will integrate with Square and accept Square payments for online transactions)? Please forgive me if I've misused any terminology--I've been building websites for years but am a bit of a novice in the ecommerce world. Thank you in advance for any insight you can shed on this situation! Jordyn
  7. Hi! So I have a customer that wants to sell products online and receive orders, but is not interested in accepting payments (I could not do it if I wanted to, Stripe and Square are not available in my country). She delivers products herself and charges on delivery. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!
  8. Site URL: https://www.mybikeplan.ch Hi guys, I am quite urgently looking for a solution to my problem. I sell E-Bike subscriptions online, however have a external financial partner where I need to do credit applications through. Currently I have products (manually added) on my website and the checkout process is simply a form that customer have to fill out. I want to switch to make it more scalable by using the product features and the actual checkout process. The problem is that I dont want to take in credit card info and payments from the customer as this will only need to happen with my financial partner IF they even get approved. Therefore I would like to: -Complete the checkout process without the use of Credit Card Information Does someone know if this is possible? Squarespace officials have already said they dont have a feature, but I thought maybe someone out there does. Best, Fabian
  9. Site URL: https://www.anjosimports.com/ Hello, PayPal and Stripe are simply not an option for my client - they don't suffice and offer what their current payment processor does. Authorize.Net is what they've been using for YEARS. We contacted Authorize.Net asking them how to connect the new squarespace site. He gave us all the information and keys and URL mapping details necessary on their end.. but squarespace has been less than helpful in getting us the rest of the way. Can anyone walk me through adding the Authorize.Net details into their new site? If I can't do this for them - we lose their business and all the work I've done will go to waste. The URL is www.anjosimports.com Thank you!
  10. Hello! Is it possible to set up Squarespace to accept payments from both Stripe *and* Square? We may need to accept payments through Stripe via the web and Square via the Squarespace app. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
  11. Hey all, I recently spoke with a business manager at Bank of America, and she told me that they provide 100% liability coverage payment processing, but squarespace blocks this feature due to their exclusive deal with stripe and paypal. Has anyone else tried to implement this feature? Is there some sort of workaround? All of my support chats with squarespace end with the same lines, saying that this feature may or may not be implemented, but I just want a clear cut answer. Because otherwise I might have to look elsewhere for website hosting. I don't want to leave obviously but this is incredibly frustrating to deal with. ANY info would be much appreciated.
