  2. Site URL: https://suzan-terzian-draft.squarespace.com/homepage-content As I'm not familiar with CSS coding at all, I would like to ask a general question here about padding. How do I reduce (or adjust) the padding on the left and right hand sides for ALL my pages at one go? So that there's some white space between my content & the left and right edges of my desktop screen. Using Brine template, Squarespace 7.0
  3. Site URL: https://suzan-terzian-draft.squarespace.com/homepage-content Hi everyone, Having some trouble with the spacing between code blocks for my client's side below: https://suzan-terzian-draft.squarespace.com/homepage-content If you scroll down to the 2nd image block, you'll notice there are 3 different sets of additional text headings which i created using code blocks (h4, h5 & h6 headings), entitled "4th type of text heading...", "5th type text heading..." etc. But you'll also notice there's a huge spacing between these 3 code blocks as well as the "Learn More" button at the bottom. How do I reduce & adjust this huge spacing between these 3 separate code blocks and the "Learn More" button? Template used is Brine & version is Squarespace 7.0

  5. Site URL: http://www.laraellis.com I have spacer blocks above most of my images or text at the beginning of each page and i like the look on desktop and tablet. On mobile, there is way to much space. My homepage has an image block up first and i would like to reduce the padding by about 70%. I have tried to find codes all over and none of them work. I only want to reduce the white space at the top of each image and page - across the site. currently locked. www.laraellis.com and password is adventure Thanks!
  6. Site URL: https://www.mintlanestudio.com/ My site was working great then I'm not sure if I did something but it has created a white space between the index gallery and 2nd index section on the homepage, can anyone help me to fix pleaaaseee? :)
  7. Site URL: https://www.bottlerocketrecording.co.uk/ Hi Guys, I've recently redesigned my site – transferring from Pacific to Brine (in favor of more editing options). It's not been the smoothest of transitions and I've had to dip into CSS to facilitate what I'd thought were some pretty basic requirements. Anyway I'm pretty much there now apart from some frustrating glitches on mobile view, as explained below. On mobile: The header at the top keeps mysteriously adding 8px + worth of padding to the top and bottom which is contributing to – if not wholly – causing it to obscure my section headings when using index scrolling from the hamburger menu. I've isolated the .mobile bar section and removed 8px with CSS but if you compare it to the desktop view there is clearly still more white space added around my branding box. Cosmetically – I'd obviously rather it were thinner but it's not that big a deal, but I do need it not to obscure my headings during scrolling, so it has to be fixed one way or another. On Mobile, BLOG PAGE: There is another mystery white space between the "Notes from the Studio" intro Banner and the nav/branding bar at the top. I've tried reducing padding to that area using CSS and site styles. In most cases just causes the "notes from the Studio" banner to be chopped into. I've also tried that banner image in a number of different shapes and sizes and always get the same issue. Furthermore there have been many occasions where I seem to have fixed it – I go to my mobile device immediately after editing and it displays perfectly as as it should. Then then on reloading the page – the white space jumps back – almost saying "WAIT, I'M STILL HERE!, pushing the banner down again. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially when resizing and adjusting the padding to the "notes from ..." image block. In the section editor, Squarespace will show that I've solved the problem – everything looks fine – and then I open it on my actual phone and the white space is either still there or I've chopped the top or bottom off my banner. My only conclusion is there must be some rogue code somewhere that's over-riding everything or even a ghost block that can't be deleted that is pushing things to flow around it. Hoping someone can shed some light! Thanks!
  8. Site URL: https://www.bucksreferees.com/honours Hi, I'm using code blocks above sections on pages of my website to create anchors, so I can have a page navigation section at the top. However, the code blocks have a physical size that I can't seem to change, leaving an ugly gap between each section. I found a tutorial when I started the site months ago to change some of the template's padding, and I was wondering if there was a way to do the same for code blocks? If I wanted to add space I'd use a spacer! Many thanks in advance.
  9. Site URL: https://www.legoutdelautre.com/formations-and-coaching/tag/Outils+collaboratifs Hello, I am using the Rally template and I need the tags from the blog to be displayed. I can’t find a way to adjust the padding on that page so the text ‘Posts tagged’ (see attached image) doesn’t overlap. Does anyone know if there is a way that the text ‘Posts tagged’ can be displayed above the thumbnail rather than on the top of it please? Thanks in advance
  10. Site URL: https://smilodon-ocelot-my5f.squarespace.com/test Hi, I've added padding to left and right side of my site with CSS code - but it won't include this image box. Does anyone know how to solve this? (current code below attached image) password: trythis
  11. Site URL: https://capybera-pigeon-wkpt.squarespace.com/ Site: https://capybera-pigeon-wkpt.squarespace.com/ PW: Shine On my homepage I'm trying to get my image block on the first index page to sit flush with the index page below it with the blue background banner. I've inserted some code (below) that solves the problem on desktop but on tablet and mobile I'm getting a gap between the blue sections where the first banner background is showing below the top blue wave image block. .sqs-block.image-block { padding: 0px !important; }
  12. Site URL: http://www.heliopr.com/client-press#/arthome-decor/ I'm having a problem with a client's site. For some reason, and seemingly out of nowhere (this wasn't a problem a few weeks ago) there is a strange bit of css that is making the thumbnails look crazy on several image galleries on the site. You can see how the captions are separated by an absurd and silly looking amount of padding on the bottom of all the images at the following page: http://www.heliopr.com/client-press#/arthome-decor/ When I add custom css to the site in an effort to negate the css that is causing the problem, seems to work, but only when I am logged in. Viewing the page on another browser that is not logged into Squarespace reveals that the custom css is ignored, and the problem persists. What is going on? Can anybody illuminate how to solve this issue? Many thanks in advance.
