  1. I sell services to schools in the UK and its extremely rare that a school will pay for a service with a credit card or PayPal. I like the products page and Squarespace but the inability to automate bookings is holding my business back. Most UK schools request an invoice before making a BACS payment. How can I take orders/bookings for my services without charging or by bypassing checkout? I have seen the work around for charging services for free but this will cause confusion and I certainly don't want schools receiving invoices suggesting they don't have to pay. Any solutions? Anything being worked on? I'd love to be able to process payments like a shop but that's just not the way the education sector does things and that won't be changing anytime soon. Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Antony
  2. How do you deal with partial shipments? I have some items coming from Printful, and some items I am fulfilling myself. In this case, how do you notify the customer about partial shipments and tracking?

  4. When receiving an order through my shop it just shows the quantity as 1 regardless of how many items have been ordered,the price is corrected but quantity isnt?
  5. Hello, I'm going to be opening an after school and summer camp and I'm creating a website to process payments and receive camper information. Squarespace is great for creating classes as products, but the data management gets tricky. For example, if a parent signs their kid up for a class, we would need information about emergency contact, allergies etc. This works fine with the checkout forms if a parent is enrolling one child for one class, but if they are enrolling multiple children for multiple classes there doesn't seem to be a way to separate out that information. I have found online that there are different external softwares built for camp programs. Does anyone have any experience with these, and integrating them into Squarespace? Thanks for your help!

I sell art, so I think it's good UX if my customers can see the painting they purchased on the confirmation page. Does anyone have advice on how to do this using custom code? Thanks a million!

I did not submit it, and it included [test] in the subject line. Test mode is and has been off on my website. Is this a glitch on the side of Squarespace/Stripe by chance?     Splitting Orders

So the same order every week, but we know that people go on holiday or change their minds about how much they want so ideally we would like them to be able to manage their own orders if they need to change it. I figure order id one can use the tag squarespace provides {orderId} as well as email address. But I can't find other values anywhere, not even customer service knows. Can someone help me? I am trying to collect seller reviews and product reviews so I can show these badges on shopping ads from google ads. Has anyone done this or have they used a review aggregator?   17. Hi, can anyone help me with this? I looked all over and couldn't find plugins or codes that would solve this problem. I just want to set a minimum subtotal of $10 in the cart for checkout, so you can checkout if you have a subtotal of less than $10. Thank you!

  22. I would like to look up the order IDs associated with a customer account, searching on customer information. Ideally, I would search customer name or phone number, and find all orders associated with that customer. It doesn't look like the APIs support this. The only workaround that I see is Retrieving All Orders and then parsing through them to match Name/Phone within billingAddress or shippingAddress. This could be incredibly lengthy, given the amount of order volume. We won't necessarily know the modifiedBefore/After information to time-box and reduce the number of returned orders. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  23. Is there any way to add a logo, phone number and address to the printable order that is accessed via Commerce > Orders in Squarespace 7? The site is gailscupboard.com It is current running on the Basic Commerce plan.
  24. Hi, i have created a custom footer for my email orders and i would like this footer only to appear on the order confirmed and fullfilled emails and not on the refunded order email. Do you know if this is possible? Or do you have any tricks to create different footer for each emails? Could you please help me Thanks a lot
