  3. I set up a portfolio page with a number of sub-projects within that, each sub-project page with gallery grid images. The images have spacing between them which has been working fine on desktop view and mobile view until i logged back in today to do some more work on the site. Now although the spacing between the images still shows on desktop, the mobile view has the images touching at the top and bottom with no space in-between. I have rechecked the CSS codes I have added to date and can't work out why but looks like i may have done something wrong yesterday. Help would be appreciated in getting the mobile view to work again. The site is https://purple-chinchilla-4bnr.squarespace.com/ and password Toronto2019 thanks
  4. Site URL: https://www.ocpmask.com/kid site: https://www.ocpmask.com/kid I need help in turning off Mobile View on this page when customers are visiting from their smartphone (Which is 90% of my traffic). I have a lot of products to sell as you can see there. When on mobile view, it shows 1 product at a time and the customers would have to scroll, making it very slow and unfriendly. I want the customers to be able to see an overview off all my products, then pinch-to-zoom or click on whatever they like. I tried to follow the instructions from Squarespace but there is not option to turn off mobile view on my template. I think it's not possible in 7.1 design. @tuanphan Please Help! Cam on ban nhieu nhe 😘😊

  7. Site URL: https://bluebird-porcupine-yzdg.squarespace.com/ Hello, I understand that you can have a web element appear only on desktop and to be hidden on mobile using this code: @media only screen and (max-width:768px) { div#block-BLOCK ID HERE>.sqs-block-content:first-child { display: none; } } But I want to know if it is possible to show a web element (e.g. an image or text etc) just on mobile and not visible on desktop view? Please advise, Many thanks! Best, Faiz

Our homepage Index banner image looks great on desktop, but when we view it on mobile - it doesn't size down enough so you can't quite see our faces (photos attached). 11. Site URL: https://potato-sphere-g3k8.squarespace.com/config/design Hi! I have a row of horizontal images on my home page that are displaying HUGE and vertically on the mobile view. How do I keep these images small and horizontal in mobile view? Thanks so much!!
  12. Site URL: https://guytp.squarespace.com/ Hi all, I'm in need of some help with the mobile site of my website - https://guytp.squarespace.com/. I've just finished creating the desktop site but the website doesn't transfer well to the mobile site. 2 things I need help with: 1. The title 'Professional Freelance Writer' has a reduced line height on the desktop version (to create good spacing), however I need to raise the line height on the mobile site for it to look right (I believe this should be quite simple but coding is not my speciality). 2. The drawn images on the homepage of the paper, quill, and books are spaced unusually on the mobile site. I would either need to reduce the size of the images or edit the spacing of the images, any ideas? (I'm unsure how to do either of these without changing the desktop site). Your help would be much appreciated, as I'm so close to having this site finished! Thanks Guy
  13. Site URL: https://www.biconsboutique.com/ *FYI this is on an 18+ site, nothing explicit shown but we are sellers of adult products* i want to know how you can possibly mitigate the distortion to the background images in different blocks on mobile view. On my homepage I have blocks containing text, some containing links to social media etc. In desktop view the background image appears to maintain at constant size and appearance throughout all blocks. But when this is in mobile view, the background image distorts: on some blocks the pixel stars become really enlarged and on others they remain relatively consistent with the reduction in size of the content. I'm okay with coding and can apply this where necessary, but just can't find the resources online to suggest how to tackle this problem. Any help would be really appreciated.
  14. Site URL: https://www.designbyemily.co.uk Hi Is there any way of changing a stacked gallery view on desktop to be a slideshow on mobile? I'm trying to find a way to have a slideshow view on mobile so all the images aren't stacked and clients have to scroll down so far. Any other ideas to help with this are welcome. Thanks Emily www.designbyemily.co.uk
  15. I tried to reduce all the images of my website to the miminum in jpg. But in mobile version, it takes a lonkg time to download all the galleries. But then I tried with a differente website, with the same MB transfer size and it works perfectly. So, this make me thing that the problem is in the platform, not in the images sizes or quantity. Is it possible that Squarespace is offering a really bad server/hosting/etc?
  16. Site URL: http://http/www.marfawineco.com Hi @tuanphan I saw you solved a similar question to the one I have and was wondering if you could help me. I'm currently trying to have my website shop page (when viewed in mobile) be two or possibly three columns for betting viewing, instead of 1 stacked endless scroll of options (as seen in the image I linked). This video seems to have the right solution but I can't read her CSS she is typing : Hoping you can help! happy to answer any additional questions. Thanks!!

  18. Site URL: https://fong-yu.squarespace.com/ Hi the wonderful and capable forum gurus, I have a question about customising the Hawley template mobile version. I'm building my folio site using this template. I like the desktop version where the project thumbnails appear when the mouse hovers over the list. However this doesn't translate into the mobile site. I would like to try 2 solutions to make the mobile site look nicer: 1. Change the homepage display to "Grid" - either simple, or overlay 2. Reduce the link spacing by half, it looks too spread out at the moment Please help 🙏!

  21. Site URL: https://www.wordsalive.org/quaranteensprompts Hi, I'm having trouble getting my banners to load correctly on mobile view. On some devices, they get zoomed in and cropped incorrectly. I'd like them to be at full width, zoomed out so they look the same as they do on a desktop. I've temporarily removed the banners from pages and inserted them as an image blog instead. However, blog pages don't allow an image block for a header to there are still banners there. I'd like the banners to work site wide. https://www.wordsalive.org/quaranteensprompts Thanks for your help!
