  1. Site URL: http://perfectingproperty.co.uk Hi, My confirmation emails are being sent to clients from my gmail address domain@gmail.com (that I registered on squarespace with) but I would like them to come from my G Suite email address info@domain.co.uk (that I have signed up to through squarespace, after registering). Please can you advise how I can swap them over? It looks really unprofessional coming from a gmail account and may make clients worry about providing their data... I have had a look but can't see a way to change it under scheduling and email settings, and I'm not really sure what to do or try from there! The password to get into the site is George T.I.A. - Lucy EDIT: it is also branded squarespace scheduling, do I need to upgrade for it to say perfecting property scheduling? Many Thanks
  2. Site URL: https://perfectingproperty.co.uk Hi, Sorry, I asked the wrong question before, the confirmation comes from scheduling@squarespacescheduling and I want it to come from info@perfectingproperty, how can I do this please? Can I change a setting or buy an upgrade? Also how do I remove my personal email from being CCd in and change it to a BCC? Online it says not to change my account email to my g suite email in case I get locked out, as will be locked out of both. Would setting up account recovery not work? Many Thanks, Lucy Password is George version 7.1
  3. While attempting verify a sender profile for a Marketing Email campaign using my linked G Suite account I ran into a brick wall labeled "Please merge your SPF records". 1st - I followed the instruction in this document and created the 3 "Custom resource records" https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001280748-Verifying-third-party-domains-for-Email-Campaigns#toc-troubleshooting-spf-records Then the sender profile successfully validated on 2 of 3 items, the issue being the "Please merge your SPF records" - See image #1 2nd - I tried to edit the Google Synthetic "TXT @ SPF" entry to include the squarespace details but the only option is to DELETE the entire entry. 3rd - I tried adding the google details to the "TXT @ SPF" Custom resource record set up for squarespace so it would all be in one entry, but again no way to delete the G Suite synthetic entry. 4th - Long text support session with Google Domain Support. They tell me I need to delete the entire G Suite Synthetic entry and duplicate all the entries in the Customer Resource Record section but to merge the "TXT @ SPF" entry. See image #2 I'm very hesitant to do that for fear it will make an even bigger mess given the custom DNS settings are only optional and so far I haven't see issues with any major ISP (outlook, gmail, yahoo, cox, road runner) but I have to test it with some large enterprises. Help!!! (see attached images for details)
  4. Site URL: https://www.kristiankurikka.com/ Hi I reacently launched my customer's site https://www.kristiankurikka.com/. It has a Squarespace managed domain and we implemented G Suite through Squarespace. Everything is working fine. Now I received a message from an acquaintance that the dns-records are vulnerable to phishing. It was recommended to implement the mail service's spf- and DKIM records. I tried Googling for the answer and couldn't get a clear picture. What are the comments for this? Is this necessary with the current setup and if so, how do I setup these records? Many thanks! 5. Hi All, I create my first SquareSpace Website using a pre-existing G Suite Basic account, including a domain name existing since Oct 2018. I'm not using the pre-existing GSuite Basic account for anything other than storage. There's only one email address which I don't use, except in dealing with Google. There's no earlier version of a web site. SquareSpace points me to instructions with Google. However, I am unable to follow the steps as there is no "Menu" nor path to "SquareSpace" through Google's displayed options. Google directs me back to SquareSpace for help. What's the easiest way to move forward and build a SquareSpace website for my business? Jamie
