  1. Hi, I didn't see this question before, so I hope someone can help! We don't deliver any items in our online store. Everything is pick-up only. However, the "order fulfilled" email automatically includes a section about delivery. I read here that if you leave the tracking information blank, the delivery section is blank. True, but it still has the header, "Delivery" on all our emails with a blank section below it. How can I remove the ENTIRE delivery section? Thank you!
  2. Site URL: https://www.eurocastbrands.com Just recently my customers stopped receiving automated purchase and shipping emails that my site used to send. I checked my Commerce>Notification settings and everything seems the same ... test emails came to me. I asked customers who called (because they were looking for their confirmations) to check their spam folders and they said they found nothing. Any thoughts? I have attached a screen capture showing my order confirmation notification settings. Thank you in advance for any time and help any of your can provide.
  3. Hi all, Does anyone know of a way to customize the email notifications customers receive? I've created beautiful email campaigns through squarespace but my notifications are a bit lacking. Is there an option to customize these further with blocks like in the campaigns customization with images or is this all through custom coding?
