  1. I cannot center these two div's side by side in the middle of the page! Please see image. I've been working on this for over an hour and a half now. Could someone please help me with this? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Here's my HTML/CSS code: https://jsfiddle.net/Lsn0roxu/
  2. I was trying to add a "Go To Cart" button below the default "Add To Cart" button. I was able to inject another element with jquery like this: <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(function() { $("<a class='btn btn--border theme-btn--primary-inverse' href='/cart/'>Go to Cart</a>").insertAfter(".sqs-add-to-cart-button-wrapper"); }); </script> But of course it doesn't get all the button styling. So I tried to add div parents to match other buttons on the site that look like this: <div class="sqs-block button-block sqs-block-button" data-block-type="53" id="block-yui_3_17_2_1_1590159860790_33264"> <div class="sqs-block-content" id="yui_3_17_2_1_1591844141919_110"> <div class="sqs-block-button-container--center" data-animation-role="button" data-alignment="center" data-button-size="medium" id="yui_3_17_2_1_1591844141919_109"> <a href="/cart" class="sqs-block-button-element--medium sqs-block-button-element" data-initialized="true">Go To Cart</a> </div> </div> </div> However, when I was nesting the "a" element, all the divs and the element within disappear. This was because I was not consistent using ' and " to define my strings. The following code works for me. <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(function() { $('<div class="sqs-block button-block sqs-block-button"><div class="sqs-block-content"><div class="sqs-block-button-container--center" data-animation-role="button" data-alignment="center" data-button-size="large"><a class="sqs-block-button-element--large sqs-block-button-element" style="box-sizing: border-box !important; width: 100% !important" href="/cart/">Go to Cart</a></div></div></div>').insertAfter('.sqs-add-to-cart-button-wrapper'); }); </script> Would still be interested in the best place for documentation for 7.1 site wide css styles. I guess everyone just rips it from what gets served on their site? Thank you, -Dean Fix for order swapping in mobile If things are swapping around in your mobile view, you have to add the same order as the "Add to cart" button. There's probably a better way to query for this and insert it, but it doesn't seem to change much. <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(function() { $('<div class="sqs-block button-block sqs-block-button" style="-webkit-box-ordinal-group:4; -moz-box-ordinal-group:4; -ms-flex-order:4; -webkit-order:4; order:4;"><div class="sqs-block-content"><div class="sqs-block-button-container--center" data-animation-role="button" data-alignment="center" data-button-size="medium" style="margin: 0 auto !important; width: 70% !important"><a class="sqs-block-button-element--medium sqs-block-button-element" style="box-sizing: border-box !important; width: 100% !important" href="/cart/">Go to Cart</a></div></div></div>').insertAfter('.sqs-add-to-cart-button-wrapper'); }); </script>
  3. Site URL: https://www.portcity.church/test Hey Everyone! I've been trying to get this to align for sometime, but nothing seems to be working. I'm trying to have the white button line up in the bottom corner and the "We're better Together" text slightly above it (see the attached images) The first is how it currently looks and the second is how I want it to look. Here's what I have going on currently: <style> * { box-sizing:border-box; } .connect { background-image:url("https://portcitychurch.box.com/shared/static/poy39t4b79axsdm9j0i1ncn1xw4nwav2.png"); background-position: center; background-size: cover; padding:20px; border-radius: 25px; float:left; width:80%; height: 400px; } .connect-button { background: #FFFFFF; padding:20px; margin-right: 10px; border-radius: 25px; float:left; width:auto; position: absolute; top: 40%; } </style> <div class="connect"> <h6 style="font-size:3vw; position: absolute; top:26%">We're Better Together</h6> <div class="connect-button"> <h8 style="font-size:1.3vw">Connect</h8> </div> </div>
  4. Site URL: https://sparrow-piano-jh6p.squarespace.com/rewards Hey there! The password to the above site is villamadina. I used this code to make some coloured text boxes. <div id="overlay"><div class ="blue"> <h2><span class= "headeroverlay-white">my text here</span></h2> </div> <style> .blue { background: #005ba9; padding: 10px; text-align: center; } </style> The "headeroverlay-white" is just "colour:white" in my custom css. When I'm in squarespace it looks fine but I just checked the site in incognito and found for some reason all the boxes are getting smaller? How do I fix this? Thanks!
  5. Hello, I am using a css padding code on my first page and it seems to work normally, but after I refresh the page the style does not apply to the block. After long hours here, I noticed that the DIV ID seems to change everytime I refresh the page. Does anyone knows how to solve this? I would be so thankful! I am on Version 7.0– Galapagos family Thanks!
  6. Site URL: https://jolsonweddings.com/stories I'm looking for a way to target and replace commas in my blog summery block, so that the metadata below the title displays as "Destination Wedding" instead of "Destination, Wedding". I'm hoping there's a way to target and replace the comma with some kinda of script, I was able to do something similar with my homepage using the following code: Can't seem to do the same with the Blog Summary though, anyone have any ideas?
