  1. Hello, I'm trying to change the colour of one h1 heading on one page, and none of the usual stuff is working. I'm putting it in the advanced area of that page. What am i doing wrong? At the very bottom of this page, where it says "connect with me". I want that to be red, not white https://www.caroline-shenaz-hossein.com/caroline-shenaz-hossein Thanks
  2. The Text Colour on my email Newsletter Sign up form is white... The background colour to the form fields are also white... how to I change this!
  3. @tuanphan Is there a way to add a coloured banner to the template Moshka? Thanks in advance!
  4. Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help me come up with a code to change my navigation bar colours to be different on my products page. It is currently transparent and gets lost when scrolling. My other question is how to code my logo and navigation bar to be fixed but get smaller upon scrolling. The template I am using is Brine.
  5. Hello! Ive designed a website geotruckin.co.uk and would like to change 3 lines of text red (service page, bottom 3 lines) without changing the whole design. Ive found out the only way to do it is through the Advanced settings with coding, however I don't know much about that. Does anyone have any advice or know how to do it? Thanks for your help! 🙌
  6. I'd love some help with this one. A customer is experimenting with colour backgrounds for select pages and I need to change the font colour in this one page only: https://www.leadingedgedc.com/solutions-for-your-business Until they decide on their alternate block colours, I'm using this Custom CSS: /* COLOUR BACKGROUND FOR SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS */ #solutions-for-your-business { background-color: #1e3267; border-style: solid; border-color: #d7cbd7; border-width: 2px; h2{ color: white; } p { colour: white; } .summary-title { colour: white } } In the editor view, the background and H2 colours are appearing as per custom CSS, but the paragraph and Summary title text remain black instead of white. When I check the published page, none of the custom colours are showing. Have I got the CSS wrong? Appreciate the help.
  7. Can each Block in the layout engine have its own background colour? This would be a big way to customize the look of the templates. This has been discussed various times on here but I don’t think I’ve seen a definitive simple answer – in particular there’s been a lot of discussion across various threads that block IDs YUI seem to change so targeting a block ID with color doesn’t seem to work permanently. Colored blocks are pretty standard now on major websites as a way of structuring different types of content. See the examples below:
  8. https://independent-leaders.squarespace.com/ We're trying to work out a way to make the logo white on the homepage and black across all other pages on the site. Any ideas? I've played with the custom CSS but not yet able to make any of it work! Cheers
  9. Hi there! I'm trying to make sections that have differently coloured full width backgrounds. The content stays within the site-width but the background spans across the entire width. (like they do it with the footer here, but doing the same for content sections http://squarespace.com/templates/?q=devlin) How can I achieve that? I have very little knowledge of code, so the more explanations the better :) Any help would be much appreciated!
