  1. When a customer wants to remove an item while on the Checkout Page, the "Remove" link to do this (which is below the Qty) is in a very light grey, and many customers are not able to find this easily. Is it possible to highlight this "Remove" link on the Checkout Page, perhaps by changing the colour to Red? (Brine template)
  2. Site URL: https://www.jemmacraig.com Hello! Looking to capitalize (not lowercase) the labels and checkout button on the cart page, but struggling. Nothing is working!!!! Password: jc See attached image
  3. After spending a lot of time setting up my online store in Squarespace, and finding solutions and work-arounds to the many problems and issues one is faced with, I have now reached a complete stop with a particular issue. When you sign up to use Squarespace (or indeed this forum) you are faced with checkboxes that require you to agree with Squarespace's Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy etc. No such action is available for me to put on my site. It makes me (and Squarespace) look 10 years behind everyone else. And it is certainly not compliant with any kind of contract law, no matter what territory you may be operating from. We are well past the old days when users of e-commerce sites "agreed" to the Terms and Conditions just by virtue of them using the site. Look at how we have to allow users to agree to the use of cookies. I am at a loss on a solution around this problem. These are the options that I have tried but are not viable: Use Squarespace's fields for Store Policies Terrible. The links to these pop-ups are just dropped, like a second thought, underneath "Review and Purchase". There isn't even a prompt to get customers to read them. I'm not sure what they were thinking by putting this here. At lease allow us to place some text above them like "by continuing you have read and agree to the store policies below" Custom Checkout Form This was almost a winner. But no. You can add a checkbox requiring customers to "agree to store Terms and Conditions". You CANNOT, however, add an HTML link to these "Terms and Conditions". Why? Because you cannot add HTML to forms in the checkout area like you can elsewhere. You cannot ask someone to agree to something they cannot read. The only way around this is to ask customers to copy and paste the URL to your Terms and Conditions. I don't think so. Add text to the Shopping Cart Page I found a way in this forum to add some text to the Shopping Cart Page to read: "By continuing to checkout you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions". However, this is not a very elegant solution. It really needs to be at checkout. It is also tricky to control where this appears on this page and on a mobile for example. And I have not been able to find away to stop showing when the cart is empty (I'm sure there is a way). Perhaps there is an elegant solution along this route. I have just not found it yet. Checkbox Form or Text on the product page I have also seen suggestions to get agreement to Terms and Conditions on the product page itself, before customers add to cart. This is not a great option as it is kind of off-putting and a few steps behind actually placing an order. Does anyone have any ideas about solutions to this problem? I'm so irritated with Squarespace's lack of of fulfilling this very basic requirement for e-commerce. And it is one they use themselves!! So annoying. I think I'm going to send this post to their CEO.
  4. Site URL: https://bat-dahlia-6hpc.squarespace.com/config/design Is it possible to have my header logo showing in the header at the checkout section? Could you create a css for having my logo on the checkout page instead of text spelling the name of my store?
  5. Site URL: https://capao.squarespace.com/checkout Hi Everyone, I'm trying to style the logo for the checkout page. On the main website (https://capao.squarespace.com/) I have the logo to the edge of the page and at a certain size. For the checkout page I can't figure out how to target and edit it? The problems I'm looking to solve are: 1. Have the checkout page logo match the style of the home page. 2. Make the logo un-clickable. I have A&B pages sharing the same cart and checkout page and I don't want the B page viewers to have access to the A pages. 3. If neither of those 2 options are viable I'd like to hide the logo completely. I've tested the following below but all these have been unsuccessful. .Logo-link-BPzKv { pointer-events: none; cursor: default; } #sqs-standard-checkout img.Logo-image-2huvT { display: none !important; } body #checkout .Logo-image-2huvT { display:none !important; } .Logo-image-2huvT { max-width: 500px; max-height: 500px; } If anyone knows how to target items on this page that would be really helpful!

    Checkout?

Site URL: http://www.patrickfordauthor.com I have upgraded to a business plan but my checkout page does not appear.
  7. Site URL: https://www.maceorestaurant.com/checkout Hi guys, I would like to change the date format on my boutique checkout form page. Indeed, the format is (MM/DD/YYYY) when, we use, in Europe, a DD/MM/YYYY format. I missed a few orders due to this rigid form. Maybe a good code could help? If you have some tricks to share I would be very thankful. Bless you all Adrian
  8. Site URL: https://drinkmixy.co Note: My site shop is currently disabled, but I can make it active if anyone needs to view the actual site to understand my concerns. I'm trying to figure out the best way to automatically discount the price of my product based on the quantity ordered. For example, 1 for $16, 2 for $30, etc. I originally set this up as a pricing variant on my product. However, I see two issues with this: 1) I do not think it will automatically update my inventory when a customer orders. 2) In the checkout page, there are two different areas that say "quantity." One of them is a dropdown menu. When a customer adjusts the quantity on the dropdown menu, this discounted price structure doesn't apply. 3) In the picture of the shopping cart below, the customer has adjusted quantity to 4. Then, if they want to adjust the quantity from the shopping cart, they can't just add a single item. Instead, when they adjust the quantity to 2, it adds 8 more (4 x 2), instead of 4 + 1. Ah! Not sure if this make sense, but hopefully in the picture you can see the issue. I understand that automatic discounts can be applied on the commerce advance plan. However, I'm wondering: Is there a better way to set up this price structure automatically, other than using price variants? If I need to use the price variant, how can the discount be applied when a customer adjusts the quantity in their cart? Any guidance, insight, or solutions is much appreciated! Cheers! Meredith
  9. At the moment I am building my website to only selling digital products and services. I'm currently not interested in taking and wanting to remove a buyer's full address, although I was like the option to get their Country of Origin and Postcode. I'm using the Brine template. Thank you!
  10. Site URL: http://www.getherpowerbackbundle.com/ I have followed the steps for integrating https://tapfiliate.com/ with my site Headerhowever it does not appear to be tracking the clicks once a purchase has been made. In the testing mode from Tapfiliate the code is detective, however when I head to the checkout page, the Test Summary disappears. Any suggestions?
  11. Site URL: http://thesoulpatty.com when a customer is checking out, they forgot to put in the csv on the credit card, this was caught by the system and threw an error message but the customer did not know why the card was being declined until after the third attempt he realized he forgot the csv number. Is there a hack or a javascript code snippet that can be added on hte form for validation to turn the cell red that is in error?
  12. Site URL: https://www.theanthology.net/ Hi there! My site can accept payment method with credit and debit card via the Paypal optional function (see photos). However, the default Paypal button on the checkout page only shows 'Paypal' and it is actually confusing for shoppers because they would assume having a Paypal account is the only way to make payment. I found this link on Paypal which might have provided the coding of 'Smart Buttons' and I wonder if anyone can teach me how to replace the current button, basically to code inject or use custom CSS but for the Checkout Page. I know code injection or use custom CSS can be done on content pages however I don't know if there's a way to modify Checkout page. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/ https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206541037 Thank you for your help!
