  1. Hi, Can anyone help me reducing the space there is from the top of a section to where the first element as for example text is starting within this section? I find there is too much space. Thank you Lisbet
  2. Site URL: https://www.buildingnarratives.co.uk/ Hi, My query refers to the gallery controls on the bottom left. I have set a width value of 80px for the block. I would like the same number of image numbers to display on each row. Here's an example of the appearance I'd like to achieve on another site: http://rory-gardiner.com/ This is all the CSS pertaining to the gallery controls that I already have imputed: #numberControls.gallery-controls { position: absolute; bottom: 0px; left: 0px; width: 80px; height: auto; font-family: 'aktiv-grotesk'; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.75em; font-weight: 100 !important; } .number.sqs-active-slide { background: #1F1F1F; font-style: normal; } .number { font-size: 1em; padding-left: 1px !important; padding-bottom: 2px !important; padding-top: 2px !important; padding-right: 0px !important; margin-right: 3px !important; margin-left: 0px !important; } As the margin and padding lines in ".number" work, I thought it just a be a matter of adding 'width: 12px;' to that section would do the trick. But no change. Can anyone show me where I'm going wrong? Thanks, Nick
  3. Hey Everyone! Ok, so here goes... I am pretty new to Squarespace - I loaded up a 7.0 Template, not sure how or why I did this. But, as I did - I started designing within the 7.0 designer. First thing that I want to do is add a "Cover Page". I look through the list and immediately like the "Prism" option. Of which, you can add in as many photos as you like, it randomises these everytime the webpage is loaded and you can add in your logo and hyperlinks/buttons over the top (and you can change the opacity over the background) - you guys may know this already - but I will attach an image. Anyways, I discovered that the layouts in 7.0 weren't what I was looking for so was kind of disappointed - little did I know that 7.1 was a completely different ball game (didn't even know it existed!). So have now started another site with a 7.1 template - the whole site is now great, but there's no "Cover Page" option in 7.1 (queue tears). So I can't add in my newly found love of the Prism Cover Page - literally have been dreaming of this page. Spoke to the very helpful support team on live chat and they went off and had a look and got back to me and said there was no option like it yet, but it may be possible via code. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can create the effect? I did just screenshot it - but obviously the way it was, it was completely changing every time the page loaded, as well as obvious being screen size adaptable. Any help would be great! Thankyou.
  4. Site URL: https://sprout-tuna-swnf.squarespace.com/blog I have styled the text and borders for some of my list blocks on my site, but on this page, I want the orange excerpt text and border to be a different color. Is it possible to do this?
  5. Site URL: https://sprout-tuna-swnf.squarespace.com/ I have a blog summary block on my homepage that is split 50/50 with the text on the left and image on the right. When viewed on a tablet/mobile, I want the images to appear above the text, so they take up the full width of the screen. I've managed to get the text to fill the width of the block, but I can't work out how to do the same for the image. Here's what I've got so far: @media screen and (max-width:1200px) { .summary-content.sqs-gallery-meta-container { width: 100%!important; } } Please help!
  6. Site URL: https://www.bradleyvirshup.com Hello! I just switched to using the "Om" template and am trying to figure out how I can have the subtitle on my website display beneath the header while remaining left-justified? Currently, as you can see in the attached image, if my header is left-justified the subtitle appears at the top center of the page. The only way I can get it to appear beneath the header is if I center justify my titles, but can't figure out how to do it with them both left justified. Basically, I want the "director of photography" text to appear beneath my name. I tried to talk to squarespace support and they told me I'd probably have to do it with code, which I have no clue how to do. Any ideas??
  7. Site URL: https://megalodon-rose-khl5.squarespace.com/config/pages Im trying to get the play button to open a vimeo player in the lightbox style. 8. I have several Image Blocks with Collage Design throughout my website and the text portion is overlapping and cutting off the image in mobile view. I'm looking for CCS to edit this so they stack since this is not an edit option in Site Styles Thank you!
  9. Site URL: https://againsttheclockga.net/ We had a widget on our site for customers to sign their waivers " Save Time and sign your waiver now. Since; we have switched waiver companies and need to change that widget for a button to a new link. I removed the old widget code out of the Custom CCS and hit save; however it isn't removing it from our site. Do anyone know where or how to get this off or fix the problem. Your help would be appreciated.
