Site URL: https://www.lilacroots.co.uk Hi all, I am having serious trouble trying to connect one of my websites (www.lilacroots.co.uk) to a facebook pixel. I have set it up in exactly the same way as my other site (www.lilactreemakes.co.uk) which is working perfectly. On both websites, I created the pixel on Facebook Business Manager, and added it to the "Marketing" section on SqSp. I did not do any coding at all; that's why I pay for SqSp so I don't have to code! The LILACROOTS pixel is firing fine, and appears to be collecting exactly the same event data as on my LILACTREE pixel (page view, add to cart, purchase etc). However, it is not showing up as a Data Source for LILACROOTS, and therefore it is not connecting to the Catalog. It says "pixel not ready" when I try to connect it, despite it firing regularly. What have I done wrong for my LILACROOTS website, do you think? Anyone have any tips and tricks, or suggestions for what I should look out for or amend? The only different between my two SqSp websites is that the one that's not working is 7.1 as opposed to 7.0 which is the one that is working. That wouldn't be a factor, would it? Thanks so much in advance! Leila
Site URL: https://www.telaclothing.com.au/ Hello, any help would be appreciated! I have set up a catalog in facebook business but it keeps showing up with these errors Set up: Added pixel code to the squarespace marketing page, and followed instructions to create a catalog with google sheets. From everything I have read, I didn't see anything that mentioned adding any code to the website, is this a step I have missed? There's nothing wrong in the events screen,
Site URL: https://koieducation.squarespace.com/catalog-2 Heyo! Thank you in advance for your brain power on this: A client has around 50 or so courses to select from, all of which I have to go through a contact form (rather than be purchased online). The goal is to be able to select courses, i.e. highlighting or selecting the courses of interest, and then sending out a notification email that expresses the interest in those specific courses. It's like shopping cart style UI, but without the checkout process. Any ideas on how to achieve this in an efficient way? Right now, I've got a course catalog with the form up top. The trouble with clicking through each course and hitting a theoretical "I'm interested!" button is that it doesn't account for multiple courses. Trying to avoid using a third party if possible, although I do think this can be achieved with Typeform. I'm still researching but would appreciate any help!
