  1. Site URL: https://www.stevemaskery.com/ Hi, I'm new to SS and not a lot of previous experience with HTML. I have two domains, workshopessentials.com and stevemaskery.com, both of which are forwarded to: https://amphibian-celery-b7en.squarespace.com I'm getting a nag from Google saying that I need to add a couple of lines to my robots.txt file so that it can index my images properly. How do I find and access this file please? Many thanks Steve
  2. Site URL: https://theyvonne.com Hi Everyone, Thank you so much for any assistance you can provide. I believe I have a bot visiting my site. The IP is always from Ashburn Virginia and an IP lookup indicates the IP is an AWS site. One IP did indicate it was from a site in China. It use to be just once a month. Now. it 3 times a month and because I have low traffic these visits indicate my peak volume. I can get up to 40+ at a time. It is not a big deal but I want to start promoting, some of my work, and these visits will mess. up the analytics. Question: How do I block or remove them from my counts. Every instance is a different IP address but typically each instance is the same for 20-40. views. I am seeing that the view/visit number is getting higher each month. The view always starts on my privacy policy page. ps... I accidentally posted before finishing writing and then did an edit that got interrupted by a phone call. If this caused any issue please forgive me. All my best and many thanks Yvonne
  3. Site URL: http://www.sermiranda.com Today I noted something rather strange. Analytics told me I had 21 visits in a day, when I regularly have an average of 3/5 per day. So I went to check who could it be and I see that's a visitor from Canada. I didn't find much info, whois search didnt return anything, and it's a "direct visitor". But when I check the pages he visited, I noticed that he/she/it visited pages that are hidden from navigation, pages I keep hidden and only send a link to them to some clients, or maybe not even, and keep them hidden until they are finished to show them. Then I noticed that this single visitor visited each one of all my pages (starting by the visible ones, and then going to the hidden ones) but stayed for 1 to 3 seconds on average, although on a few of them spent 8 or 11 seconds. Makes me wonder if it could be an automated visitor (bot)? How can this be possible (that someone has access to my hidden pages)? Thanks for all everyone. Sergio
  4. Site URL: https://www.ramonzelada.com/ Hi, It's been a few days since I realized that an automatic chatbot is installed in all pages of my Squarespace website (www.ramonzelada.com). Please see the attached picture. It's a screenshot from my phone but it happens on the desktop version too. The chatbot is on the bottom right corner of the page and it messes with the navigation, because it also adds up to the cookies banner that emerges at the same spot. Anyway, How do I disable this chat completely from my entire website? Thank you,
