Site URL: https://www.jemmventures.com/ Hi, I am looking for recommendations of how to build out a team page and have an independent schedule appointment button under each team member's profile that links to an independent booking calendar of that person and will not display the rest of the team's names. I signed up for Acuity scheduling through Squarespace. You recommendation is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Jenny
Currently the only way for clients to add multiple appointments is to choose "add a time" from a drop down menu they see after selecting a day and time. So far I have asked 3 people to perform this task as a test with the only instructions being "Use this page to schedule 3 future appointments" each one of them have failed to notice/use the "add a time" option and none of them could figure out how to add more dates without first entering credit card information and then starting the whole process over again. These people are not stupid. Can there please be a more obvious "continue booking" option PRIOR to them having to enter credit card information? OR have appointments placed in a shopping cart type function that they checkout from all at once?
Site URL: https://www.grantsoutdoor.com I have set up a way for clients to book me themselves using the acuity scheduling integration with SquareSpace but have run into a problem id like to correct within the next week before (March 10, 2020) we began getting extremely busy. I essentially am scheduling a year in advance for my schedule and my contractors schedule for recurring service visits for lawn mowing and I would like automatic billing to happen after we have marked each visit complete. PROBLEM: I can't get Auto payments after we complete the appointment/service to be billed? I can't figure out anything other than notifying customers that they need to pay to keep from having service interrupted. I can setup an automatic email reminder to send after we complete the service in which they can click on and pay easily from a stored card, but I can't realistically keep checking every account to ensure that they did pay. Another option is that myself and the contractors can charge their card manually but id prefer not to allow them to see that information. *My idea is similar to Lyft, Auto-collect when services rendered are completed and allow to leave a tip
Hi Apologies for a longer introduction. Looking for some help/advice for a solution for a booking system. Business run classes (dog training) in slots (two/three per day) twice a week. So far that has been handled by Squarespace's services, but it's obviously not best solution. Each class/slot have limited spaces. Clients can book one-off sessions or 8-sessions packages at discounted prices. At the moment that is offered as two different products on the website, but that means there is no shared 'stock level' between these two products, which is annoying and will probably start creating some issues soon. I cannot come up with any sensible solution within Squarespace. Also looked at Acuity Scheduling but it seems to have similar limitations - I can only offer 'classes' or 'packages' but the slots still cannot be shared. The 'Packages' feature on higher priced plan is far from most elegant solution and makes whole process too complicated for a customer (in my eyes), unless I am missing something? The best way I think would be to let customer to book single slots and applying some sort of discount when more than X are being booked. Is there a way to achieve that with Acuity Scheduling? If not, can someone recommend good booking system which could be embedded on Squrespace page please? Thanks for taking time to read it
