  1. Im very disappointed. Didn't get the $500 credit even though I spend $500 google ads before 60 days was over. How can I address this issue? Do you guys know how to contact customer service for google ads? I don't think Squarespace can resolve this issue Thanks!
  2. Hi all! I'm looking to utilise the blank space on Events pages (as shown to the left of the screenshot) to add adsense to every event/calendar page. It would appear after the '.eventitem-column-meta' Any help greatly appreciated.
  3. Site URL: http://Icymi.co.uk Google adsense used to work fine and now I just cannot get it to work at all. Any ideas, please? Add just wont show. Same code works fine on WordPress.
  4. Site URL: https://www.tonybabarino.com/orange-county-ca This should not be a problem in 2022. I simple copy/paste my Google AdSense HTML into a Code Block........and I see nothing. What are the clear, step-by-step instructions to make this work? How did SquareSpace not make this copy/paste HTML for Google AdSense easy by now? It's nothing new and there seems to be problems making it work. Please help! Thank you.
  5. I need assistance adding Google "Conversion Tracking" codes to a website. My client got a bunch of codes from his Google Ad guy to add to buy now buttons, form submissions, etc... The instructions Google gives is to add these codes to directly to the HTML. Obviously we don't have access to some of these things. Any tips on adding them to the website? Thanks!
  6. Squarespace 7.1 Does anyone else have problems implementing Adsense on the amp page? Or is it just me. Adsense runs beautifully on the regular page, but not so on amp pages? Any comments would be appreciated.
  7. Site URL: https://endurancebikeandrun.com/ I am in the process of setting up Ezoic ads on my site. With the Ezoic support I have everything in place from the Ezoic side but for some reason, the ads aren’t displaying. Ezoic has told me that the following properties are being added to the base array: removeRange, removeAt, remove, shuffle, contains and this could be the problem. Squarespace helpdesk have told me that I need to add some custom code but they haven't elaborated because they can't provide that type of support. They suggested I ask on this forum. The only code injection I have is for Google Analytics, which I have tried removing and it didn't make a difference. Can any of you help with this, please? Thank you in anticipation of any help available.
  8. Site URL: https://cancatseat.info/ I had a question, I own an eCommerce store that aligns with a keyword that is very highly searched (millions per month) but has no competition. So its anywhere from 0.85 to $2 for ads (based on google keyword planner) Doing a google search and checking the "keyword difficulty" on ahrefs it says it's really hard, need like 800 backlinks to be considered on the first page. The thing is though if no one is doing Ads for this keyword (Which I checked) and it's a high volume search, and I'm not looking to organically grow my site or rank it, I want to make a few sales here and there and eventually close it out. It's just a passive income project. Is it worth doing ads for the keyword? Being that I would be the only ad to show up? Any advice would be well appreciated, thank you
  9. Site URL: https://www.bluewizardfood.com Don't know if this is the right forum, but my Google Adsense ads are no longer appearing on my site. There should be an ad on the home page and on each blog post, but they aren't popping up. They were showing up fine when I first inserted the codes about a month ago. I just started checking on them this week and they are no longer popping up. Anyone have any ideas why?
  10. Site URL: https://www.nafc.org Hello, I'm just starting to look into ad networks and wanted to see if folks had any good or bad feedback on ones they have worked with. We don't have any experience with placing ads, so are truly newbies. Anything to watch out for when deciding on a network? Any that have been great (or horrible) to work with, or are there ones that work especially well with Squarespace sites? Would love any advice you all have to share. Also, we are a healthcare non-profit. It may make sense for us to use a network that deals with health and wellness advertisers, but not totally sold on that yet for sure.
  11. Site URL: http://www.corinne.studio Hi there, thanks for the help in advance - trying to setup Google Adsense on my site (unless someone can recommend something better?), and it's giving me an initial code to paste into the site before I get it up and running. The code gives a syntax error when pasted into general CSS, and I'm not sure where the site-wide header code would be placed. Can anyone advise where to paste this code? I guess it's actually a 'script' rather than code... Thanks!! - Corinne
  12. Site URL: https://www.robpeebles.com/genz401k Hello, can someone suggest an alternative to Google AdSense as a way to place an ad on my blog? Thanks to all.
  13. For anyone who has been trying to (unsuccessfully) install Google Adsense on their Squarespace site, here are the instructions. This is similar to previous instructions, but with important changes made. This is a permanent solution. Please give it anywhere from 24 hours to a week to take effect. https://www.graesen.com/blog/resolve-google-adsense-your-earnings-may-be-at-risk-error-for-squarespace
  14. Hi I would like to know if it is possible to intergrate google advertising on our upcoming blog, like you see on this site here which is made with Wordpress: https://crochetpreneur.com/how-to-start-a-blog-for-your-etsy-shop/ Kind regards Michael
  15. Site URL: https://www.jonasstensgaard.com/shop/funny-home-is-where-quote-bundle-svg-cut-files-family-quote-craft-file-funny-quote-design I'm on the York template. I've just started implementing Adsense on my website and have added ads via code blocks but I noticed a problem: When I add the ad blocks it destroys the way the navigation works on mobile. When I say destroy I mean you can click the hamburger menu but it looks like the menu is empty. In fact it looks like it's empty when in reality a LOT of space has been added above and below the links. The problem exists both in real-life viewing as well as through my squarespace website editor. I contacted Squarespace support and the guy I spoke to found out the problem only exists when using Safari. I tried clearing the cache and all that by following these instructions: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004581087 But that didn't solve the issue. I also tried removing my code from the site-wide Code Injection as well as the custom CSS but that didn't change anything. Also, on pages similar to the one I linked to where I haven't added any ad code block the problem doesn't exist. So it has something to do with the way Safari handles the code block with the ad code maybe? Any idea as to how I can solve this problem? EDIT: So, I managed to do a sort of fix where I added custom CSS that targeted the container of the menu: .overlay-nav-container { height: 0px; } I just set the height to 0px and that fixed the problem - but you can still scroll and scroll because when I inspected the site code it said the container height was more than 5000px! Why does it say that? And is there another and more proper way to fix this? And is the code I added safe enough to use or will it create problems for me in some other part of my site?
