Site URL: http://www.shophomework.com For accounting purposes I need to track the cost of goods I sell. My brick-and-mortar POS allows me to do this, but unfortunately Shopkeep and Squarespace do not communicate. I'm considering leaving Shopkeep and doing future brick-and-mortar sales through the Squarespace POS, once we're allowed to reopen, but I really need to be able to track cost of goods. If Squarespace can't do this, is there an extension that can? I'm attaching a screenshot that I hope will help clarify what I'm looking for.
Site URL: https://www.gelatinhealth.net.au/ We are an Australian company who sell products that are GST free and require GST to be applied. (GST = 10%). This is an essential part of our accounting process. I have enquired with Squarespace customer support, who replied with "sorry but that feature isn't available". Additionally we use OneSaas to reflect all orders into Xero. I dont know if that changes anything. If anyone was wondering, the products that need GST applied are, Gelatin Plus Gummy Goodness Collagen Shake and the cost of shipping All other products are GST free. Has anyone else, ever come across this problem? Does anyone have any ideas to help work around it? Is it possible to write some HTML code around the issue? I am open to any suggestions. Hey did anyone else get word that Squarespace was straight up shutting down their Xero integration and turning it off? My accountant just notified me today that it's gone. It was there last week. Support is telling me they emailed everyone on December 11th and February 5th, but the Feb 5th email is stuff about Scheduling and I see no direct email on December 11th. I've got notifications about Winona Ryder for some reason, but nothing telling me business critical functionality is being discontinued. Is anyone else dealing with this? Am I just alone here? James
