  1. I have products that have a "Manufacturer" and "Model". For example, the following list: Dodge Charger Dodge Caravan Kia Optoma Kia Sedona Toyota Camry In the above example, if I simply add options "Manufacturer" and "Model," the product will display two drop down boxes. One for each option. So far so good. However, when I choose "Dodge" from the "Manufacturer" drop down, it still lists "Charger, Caravan, Optoma, Sedona, and Camry" as options under Model. How do I make it where if the user selects manufacturer "Kia" they are only presented with Optoma an

Site URL: https://www.thelocalscoopcapecod.com/curbside-pickup-1/2-quart-sundae-kit I am creating many products with multiple options. For example a 2 Quart Sundae Kit. The user should be able to choose 2 flavors, 2 toppings. When I go to the product page and pick 1 from each drop down, I get UNAVAILABLE. For the 4 drop down menu options, would I need to create a new row for EVERY SINGLE COMBINATION? I thought I would just list each variant under each Flavor, Topping and then one could choose any combo they wish. Please help. https://www.thelocalscoopcapecod.com/curbside-pickup-1/2-quar
  4. Site URL: https://www.ocpmask.com/custom-mask/satin Hello everyone! I have an annoying problem that hopefully someone can help! I need a CSS code or an instruction on how to edit my product in mobile view format. My site: https://www.ocpmask.com/custom-mask/satin (mobile preview attached) When in normal view, all my pictures are showing up as stacked and since i have different colors for the mask, people can quickly change in the drop down to see the matching color. When in mobile view, the customer can only see 1 picture at a time. I want to have the ability for the customer to
  5. Site URL: https://smilodon-ocelot-my5f.squarespace.com/temp-store/white-t-at-sundown Hi, I've found a dilemma when selecting from my store. You can order Unframed or Framed. However, I have further framing finishes options that don't affect pricing. I don't want to include these in the Pricing & Variants – it will be too many options/confusing for the customer. So I created a form with radio buttons. The problem is, I don't want this form to pop up if the customer has selected Unframed as I think this is confusing. Any ideas to overcome this would be appreci
  6. Hi, For our products I have already hidden the AUD currency code using the following CSS code: body.native-currency-code-aud .sqs-money-native:after { content: ""; } Now we have created a product variant, the AUD currency code reappears. Is there code to specifically hide the variant currency code? Thank you.
  7. Hello there, I've searched all over and can't find an answer to this. For various reasons that would take a while to explain, we need to be able to get the Option columns on the bulk upload CSVs (so the options basically) to display next to a product without needing to have variants or drop down menus. Is this even possible? I was hoping there would some CSS out there to make it happen. We cannot put the information we'd like to show into the Description box, though that would be the easiest solution, as a third party will be populating that field with other information, and hav

  9. I am trying to find a way to add small circles under my products that are filled with a certain color. I want customers to quickly be able to see a product, and the available color options under that product without having to click on it.

  12. Site URL: https://www.firesidefarm.com/mothersday2020 I'm trying to figure out why my Product Variants are appearing as both drop-downs and radio buttons in my product blocks. 14. Hi! Hope anyone can help me with to find a solution for my product package/price bundle .... tried many options but still they didn't solve my 'problem'. In my shop I want to sell carts and stationery. What I hope to achieve is that there is a way to make a dropdown menu for a quantity bundle which increase also the price. Example quantity starts with 25 pc > € 50, 50 pc> € 60, 75 pc> €70, etc etc. Squarespace counts only 1 product price ( example € 2,00 x 75 pc and multiply this to € 150,00 instead of my bundle price of € 70,00) Is th
  15. Hello, I want to display the variant options for my products as photos (like the ones you can see on Amazon's listings), NOT text in a drop-down menu. The customer should be able to click on the photo of the variant they want, then add that to their cart. Is this possible?
  16. Site URL: https://fifty-fifth-test-site.squarespace.com/ I have created a home page that has a video playing in the background - I have then made my header transparent so that the video fills the entire page. The navigation and social logos changed to white when I did this, which is great as they are now visible over the dark video. However, I had to change my logo to be white so that it’s visible over the video as well. On my other pages that I am now beginning to create there is no video and the background is light - the navigation and social buttons go back to being darker (thumbs up) BU
  17. Site URL: http://www.scottmurry.com Hi friends, I'm exploring the idea of setting up a product on my page—but would like to make it a "Name Your Own Price" option. Patrons could in turn choose to pay $1 to $1,000 for a downloadable item. I see variable pricing options, but not something in which people can enter how much they'd like to pay. Any experience in setting up this format on squarespace? Thank you, Scott
  18. Site URL: https://www.beatdrop.ca/beat-drop-single-course Hi, How would I be able to create our service product form so that when someone chooses a certain class, that the corresponding date(s) will appear under our "Start Date" section? All of our class dates show up in our Start Date dropdown and it gets quite confusing. I've attached screenshots. i.e. If I choose DJ101 and I only want to see the dates we've set up for this class and not all dates for every class we have on the form.
  19. I have a product (a modular bed frame) that has a lot of options (size, wood, height, leg style, finish, etc.) which makes for a product that has hundreds of potential variants. It seems that Squarespace is quite limited in the way it handles inputing product variants/options. As in each and every possibility must be input manually and separately. Is there a plugin that helps with that? Or some technique that I am overlooking? Other platforms have much more highly developed variant engines. Is this functionality something that could be added to a squarespace back end by
  20. Hello, very simple. I need to sell a box at 30 USD containing 4 micro plants. I need the give customers the possibility to choose the variety and # of that variety of the selected plants they want in the box. So imagine, Customer A wants 2 onions and 2 carrots & Customer B wants 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 zucchini. How can I set up this? Beware, no more than 4 plants can be added by the customer, considering he is paying the total price for 4 plants. Thanks for helping! Gianluca
  21. Site URL: https://www.embraceyourspace.co.uk/ Hi there, My client has asked if I can adjust the height of the parallax banners at the top of each page of their website for mobile, as it currently fills about 80% of the mobile screen. I've tried a few simple bits of CSS code but have had no luck in targeting the height of the banner. (Image attached showing what I'm trying to achieve) I'm almost certain there's a simple solution but can't find it. Any help would be appreciated!
  22. Site URL: https://www.churchandstate.co/products/ My client has products that are made in very limited quantity, so some items only have a single size. The problem is, they want to show the variant drop down even when they only have a single size/color available. How can this be implemented?
  23. Hi, I have complex product variants set up (small, medium and large) and then quantities (bundle of 100, bundle of 200 and so on) and I want to hide certain options from the quantities list and only display those relevant to the consumer. unfortunately squarespace doesn't allow this as standard. Here is my code (in a code block under "additional info" in the inventory product). This works fine in Chrome but not in Safari or iOS. In Safari the dropdown menus don't update to show the customer's choice (eg small, bundle of 100). Does anyone know what the issue in Safari is? <script type="te
  24. I have a number of variants set up on in my products pages and rather than showing "unavailable" for variants that don't exist I would like to be able to use CSS code injection to change the text that reads "Unavailable" as product price when someone selects a combination that currently isn't offered. I'll likely change it to "Custom - Please Inquire" or something similar. We have standard products but will do custom products when asked. I found the div but don't know quite how to change it based on the used input: <div class="product-price">Unavailable</div> link
