  1. I can find ccs codes to edit almost everything except the thin black box that surrounds the variants of products. I have two variants - one is Colour and the other is Quantity. Does anyone know how I can change the colour and thickness of the border that surrounds these? Thanks!
  2. Site URL: https://www.mulberrypaperco.com/cambridge-collection/p/invitation-set Hello, I would like to customize my product pages by changing the display of the product variant boxes. I believe I need so custom code to be able to do so. Ideally I would like it to look like the picture shown. Including the horizontal arrangement, the background color of the boxes and the spacing between them. thank you,
  3. Is there an easy way to add multiple product variants? It seems that once you get to 3 options it is getting too large and complex. I want to build a site for a PC company and they have custom PCs where you can change options such as: Monitor, memory, hard drive, power unit and maybe more. Before I suggest Squarespace I want to make sure it is feasible to do this. Advice and feedback would be much appreciated.
  4. Site URL: https://www.saccostyle.com/ I would like to decrease the space between the variant drop down boxes, quantity and add to cart button, so they're closer to each-other. Do I need custom CSS? @tuanphan @Agha_Waqas any ideas? Thanks in advance Pete
  5. Site URL: https://www.saccostyle.com/ I would like to have the variants 'Size' & 'colour' side by side, and below it have the 'quantity' and 'add to cart' side by side. so its like in a grid of 4? What is the custom CSS for this? @tuanphan
  6. I've added a plugin to my site that allows for color bubbles on each product - screenshot attached. Is there a way to make these appear on the main shop page under the pricing so a customer can see color options before clicking in to the individual product?
  7. Site URL: https://bear-aardvark-2wr3.squarespace.com/config/ I want to hide the 1/61
  8. Site URL: https://silver-plane-8any.squarespace.com/config/pages/5fec789d508897782dacf081/categories/5fec9135130d9f72176a9104 Hi I'm setting up a new website in order to upgrade and transition from version 7.0 website. I'm learning as I go along so bear with me please. I've managed to resolve the variants which is a helpful set up. However it is also restrictive unless I'm missing something. I'm trying to allow customers to do a gift box and with that they get a base item (wax burner in this instance) but they can choose which scented wax melt they want. So the stock is actually 1, the burner, but with the melts as the variant it is indicating that there is a stock of 5. So from what I understand that means someone could go in and choose a burner and scent xx then choose a burner with scent yy but unfortunately as there's only 1 burner it's not a true reflection of the actual stock levels. so can you control the actual base product? thanks Jane
  9. I'm trying to offer my clients the option to pay for a service upfront or in monthly instalments. Is it possible to only apply a subscription to a variant rather than the product as a whole?
  10. Hi There, I am wondering if it is possible to generate unique variant link based on user selection. Currently on my sample store when i change the variant https://marlin-walrus-4xae.squarespace.com/store-1/p/style-03-2x74a it does not provide a unique link. Thanks
  11. The default is in lbs (pounds) but I sell very small items that are in grams or fractions of grams. Customers are expecting grams and not .01 lbs when it's 8g
  12. Site URL: https://www.cianfranicoffeeroasters.com/order-coffee/fulton-cycle-hw6sc New to SquareSpace so I'm a bit frustrated that I can't change the layout of the product block, or change the font of the variant drop down menus. If you look at a sample page (https://www.cianfranicoffeeroasters.com/order-coffee/fulton-cycle-hw6sc) you can see the variants stick out like a sore thumb. 1) How can I change the font to match the font on the template? 2) How can I change the layout of the variants so they are not displayed one below the other, like they are now, but in two columns?
  13. How am I able to setup my Squarespace store to my Facebook catalogue that will include all my variant sizes, materials and prices for each product? So far I have gone through with setting up the data feeds with my store but it's only displaying a single price per product without the variants.
  14. Site URL: https://www.shopmxm.com Hello All, We are attempting to create a "choose your own bundle" for my product where customers can select the 4 different color options to create their own combinations. However, we see that you can only add color as a variant option once. I have also tried adding "color 1, color 2, color 3, color 4" as custom options but realized that this would not pull from available levels of inventory. Has anyone found a way to allow for customization while still pulling from available inventory levels? I hope my question and explanation of the situation was clear. Thank you in advance for your insight!
  15. Site URL: https://www.virginsuncare.com/shop Hello! I am looking to create an auto-replenish check box that opens into 3 different buttons (variants for the product). Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish https://www.furtunaskin.com/collections/cuore/products/due-alberi-biphase-moisturizing-oil?variant=32361045852195 Let me know if you have any coding tricks to make this happen! I appreciate it! Thanks 🙂
  16. I just need some advice about a site I am working on that sells seafood to the public... They sell prepackaged seafood as well as 'loose'. The prepackaged seafood has a variant but is there an option to add a variant for weight of a product - where the customer types in the amount they want to purchase? 1kg or 200gms for instance?
  17. Hi there, I am wanted to make the product variants sit side-by-side in the product description. At the moment I am only able to have them on top of each other. I am unsure if I am missing this option built into Squarespace 7.1 or will require custom css to do so.
  18. Site URL: https://kblessdbutters.com Hello Everyone, I had my store set up the way I needed it but accidently deleted my store. I entered everything in but now I'm having issues. I sell Body Butters with 36 different fragrances. I also sell Sugar Scrubs with 29 different fragrances. I also sell them as sets (body butter/scrub set) with 29 variants. For the sets, I had 2 drop down menus with each fragrance under each product. So for example, for the sets, they would choose fragrance for butter and then the next drop down they would choose for scrub. I entered each fragrance twice (for the scrub and butter) but now, it's not allowing that. Please help. I also started selling a sample set of 5 butters with 36 fragrances for each jar but it's not allowing that (I would need 5 drop down menus). My store has been down all week because I have been trying to figure it out. Please help. My store has been down for over a week now. My site is Kblessdbutters.com but my Shop isn't visible right now. I attached two screenshots for you to view as well.
  19. Site URL: https://salmonsamurai.com I've tried to provide my customers with the ability to customize their orders as much as possible, but it'd be great if they could directly customize their orders on the product page itself. With Squarespace's default variant features, it's impossible as this creates 100s of variant combinations which just crashes the page entirely. Is there a code to provide multiple product variations with its respective pricing attached? E.g. Product X + Variant A + Variant B = $5 Product X + Variant B + Variant C = $7
  20. Site URL: https://apricot-lychee-95wk.squarespace.com/ Site: https://apricot-lychee-95wk.squarespace.com/ Password protected: NewSite2021 I'm designing this site for a printer who sells apparel to teams... I have various variants for sizes, but need to add another variant with price adjustment to add the option of name and number to the back of the jerseys, which would increase the cost. Is there a way to add the variant in a column, or must I list out in rows each possible variant? Listing in rows seems insane to ask a buyer to scroll down each size and yes/no to name and number on the back. Meaning: select your jersey size with a drop down, print your name with a drop down and price adjustment, print your number with a drop down and price adjustment. HELP!
  21. Site URL: https://www.grandcitiespickleball.com Is there a way to make a product form affect the pricing? I manage this site for a local sports club, their tournament registration allows the customer to sign up for more combinations than the product variants allow. Ideally I would like to have a checkbox for each event that the customer wants and whether or not they're paying for their partner. All events are the same cost per person, so each checkbox would increase the cost by the same amount. I've messed around with coding this functionality but I'm not sure how to make custom code affect a price on squarespace or output the data to a form that the admins can reference. If anyone is interested I can send the custom code for them to review. Thanks, Killian.
  22. Site URL: https://dory-turtle-82s8.squarespace.com/shop/p/the-elinore-dress Hi, I'd like to adapt the drop down menu for the size of my products, but really can't seem to get the coding right. Can anyone help? Is it possible to change the font, colour of font and background colour at all? Password is franceseb92 Thanks,
  23. Site URL: https://urbanripples.com/ Hello, Any suggestions on how i can create product variants so that the rule "if this, then that" is delivered. For example, If a customer selects the colour from the first variant field, then that only specific sizes are then displayed for them to select the next option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers! Tim
  24. Site URL: https://www.mandarintree.nl/store-1 Hi, I'm selling online lessons to customers around the world. I'm currently listing variants in UTC time, but this has caused confusion with some customers. I would like the time slot (the variant category) to display the client side timezone (see https://www.mandarintree.nl/store-1/p/g8unmo5nrqqe2bg7uc6nau94y6pkvg-w97bk) instead of UTC I know some basic javascript - and I'm aware how to add that inside a code block in squarespace to get the client timezone: e.g., <script type="text/javascript"> var timezone = encodeURIComponent(jstz.determine().name()); </script> What I'm not sure how to do (or if it's possible) is to modify the string of the variant name to update the time (i.e., edit variant-select-wrapper). Is this possible, are there any similar examples I could work from?
  25. I am doing a website for a local pony club, and at their events there are members & non-members. The members can book classes for £7, the non-members £10. I've sorted this with variants per class, but what I really need is a way to limited total orders to 12 for each class, and not have to give the variants a limit as we have no idea what the ratio of members to non-members will be. This is only a problem at the moment due to having to strictly limit numbers due to Covid. Does anyone know a work-around?
